Very spacious 2 bedroom townhouse in quiet and central location, near to the Hotel Parador. It shares a really nice garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is a 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Balcon de Europa. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge/dining room, 3 terraces throughout the property with sea, pool and mountain views. Ideal for families or couples.
There are numerous restaurants , bars, a supermarket and bakery within a few minutes walk to suit every budget. The house sits right between the beautiful old streets of the town and the wonderful Burriana Beach.

Lovely property in a fabulous location with 3 terraces perfect for different times of the day. Views of the mountains and the sea from one side of the property with the other side overlooking the pool and gardens. The townhouse was perfect for what we wanted. A clean and spacious apartment in a great location, leading straight out to the pool and with plenty of outdoor space, central for exploring all parts of Nerja. With both front and back terraces, you could enjoy peace and quiet overlooking the pool or the buzz of the town looking out onto the streets below. 5 Stars

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely short walk to the beach and easy to stroll into the town. Well equipped kitchen which was great for me as I like to cook on a few nights and try out the local ingredients. Great having a choice of terraces. The host Paul was very approachable and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to bed linen. We love this part of Nerja anyway but great location and whoever designed and built these apartments got it right. Terraces to suit any time of day and a spacious interior. Thanks to Paul for booking our transfers. Nexo were excellent.

Excellent Stay!

We had a great holiday. Couldn't fault the house, it was clean and tidy on arrival and had everything we required as a family. Also the communication from the property owner was great and he was so helpful and hospitable, which always makes things so much so much nicer for your holiday. Including, he organised our transfers from the airport to the property including providing our keys and when you are travelling with young children this makes life much easier. It is a great location to access the main beach and the town. I couldn't recommend this place enough, we hope to go back next year!

We've been going to nerja for 10 consecutive years have stayed in all sorts of apartments but feel this one topped all of them, the position is brilliant the complex is lovely with a decent pool, and the apartment having 3 balconies was excellent, communication with Paul the owner was great too, if we go back to nerja, then his place will be the first one we look at
