The fully air conditioned villa with private pool is only 10 minutes on foot from the beautiful, typically Provençal village of Flayosc. Half way between the Riviera coast and the Gorges du Verdon this villa offers the opportunity to take full advantage of all that Provence has to offer. The villa is in an elevated position and is not overlooked so you can be sure of complete privacy. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 people. The villa is only 10 minutes walk from the lively village of Flayosc with its numerous restaurants and bars - a village which is particularly lively during the summer months but which is equally attractive during the winter. Come here for walking, cycling, wine-tasting - whatever your preferences you can fulfill them here. The house itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a brand new, high specification kitchen and, of course, the lovely pool and surrounding gardens with boules / pétanque pitch are an absolute delight.

Perfect house in the provence

We had a brilliant week in Flayosc with our family. The house was clean, spacious, a great pool and has all the facilities you can wish for. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the village with a number of restaurants and shops. We can recommend this house to anybody. A perfect place for a week in the Provence!

Our Stay in Flayosc

Pool area is lovely and exactly what we wanted! Air conditioning is really nice to have in the heat of the Summer! Purely a taste thing but this is not a minimalist property! Lots of personal items that do clutter the property! Be aware of a steep hill to walk up back from town - fine for us but important to know! Overall a nice stay.

A tranquil stay

This is our third stay around this area and without a doubt the best villa we have stayed in. Judith was a fantastic host and the communication was great. The villa it’s self is very well equipped there is everything you would ever need. It was very clean and very well decorated and we felt at home straight away. The pool is amazing and has great views from the garden. Bbq area has the biggest out door table to enjoy the evenings. The town is a 10 minute walk and it has some great places to eat or cafes to enjoy watching the world go by. We hope to visit the villa again in the future I would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Thank you

Beautiful property in an excellent location

We loved our stay at this property and would highly recommend it. Judith was very helpful and offered loads of great tips for the local area. She even went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Location It’s a 10 minute walk into Flayosc, a beautiful traditional French village. Although small, Flayosc has some excellent restaurants on offer - ranging from café style all the way to fine dining/Michelin. We visited La Salle a Manger twice in one week - excellent food and run by a really friendly team. As well as restaurants it has a small convenience store, bakery, deli, butchers and patisserie. Larger supermarkets are between 10-20 minutes away by car. Days out include the village of Tourtour, Sainte Maxime and the Gorge du Verdon - all so beautiful it took our breathe away! If you are looking to explore, you will need to hire a car as taxis are expensive in the area. The property is set in the Provençal hills which is simply stunning. We also spent a day at the beach in Sainte Maxime, very beautiful but just be aware it can get expensive depending on where you choose to spend the day. The Villa The property is equipped with everything you need for the week, including loads of kitchenware, fresh towels, dishwasher, highchair and washer dryer. The pool was delightful with lots of much-needed shade, and sun beds were very comfortable. The villa is an absolute haven and we would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer schönen Villa. Kurz zusammengefasst: Pros: - tolle Lage - schöne Außenanlagen - schöner Pool - tolle Aussicht - Bäcker in Gehreichweite - Geschmackvoll eingerichtet - gute Betten - super schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit Judith Was wir uns gewünscht hätten: - ein Schrank / eine Kommode für Bekleidung in jedem Zimmer wäre schön Was man wissen muss: - das Haus ist mit sehr vielen persönlichen Gegenständen eingerichtet - das zweite Badezimmer ist sehr klein - Strand ist mindestens 45 Minuten entfernt

Great house in a fabulous location!

We had a great time staying at this property. It is extremely homely and comfortable. We liked the close proximity to Flayosc and being able to walk there for meals and the local market was a great plus for us. We would love to return!

Stylish villa

Loved staying at this villa for its style and flair . Beautiful pool, plenty of luxurious sun beds and a well equipped kitchen , plus lots of different seating and eating areas. Would have loved a book on using the house, equipment, local info etc and really wished the walk to the village was not so steep but Judith was very helpful and kind with every enquiry .

You won‘t want to leave

We had a terrific week in Flayosc. The house is set on old terraces, with beautiful views to the south. Olive and fig trees, lavender and oleander lend the property a typical Provençal air. The pool is great for lounging, or for the kids to romp around in. The interior is tastefully bucolic. Flayosc is a quaint village with a laid-back attitude, with none of the touristy trappings of better known settlements. It has some very commendable restaurants. The house is pretty much smack dab in the middle between the Gorges du Verdon and the coast, so getting to your favorite local sights is a snap. We‘ll definitely be back!

Perfect villa with beautyful garden and large pool

We have visited Flayosc and the nearby area several times the last 15 years and this is by far the most perfect villa we have rented. It contains everything you need for a nice holiday in the countryside as well as its positioning is very good for trips both inland and to the coast. Its magnificent garden and poolarea is perfect for al fresco dining or just relaxing with beautyful views over the countryside. Flayosc is just a short stroll away and the village has several bakeries, groceries, cafes and restaurants. In fact, you can get almost everything you need in Flayosc or in the nearby area. Would not hesitate to recommend the house! We will definetly return to the house and the area. Best regards! Dybvik family

A perfect stay

Glad to return to Flayosc and this great property. With the kitchen well upgraded, we could easily prepare food and gather the family inside or outside for our meals. Clean and well maintained as always. Short walk to the genuin and authentic town Flayosc, where the restaurants are excellent. The climbing park was also within walking distance, and the kids loved it there. We’ll be back!

Heel gezellig en pittoresk!

De woning en zijn tuin en zwembad zijn geweldig! Tel daarbij het fantastische uitzicht van op het terras en je kan genieten van een geweldige vakantie in en bij deze woning. Bij de ligging tegen de flank van de berg horen uiteraard wel enkele trappen, daarom minder geschikt voor hele kleine kinderen of ouderen die moeilijk te been zijn. Onze voorkeur om te eten ging uit naar het terras met uitzicht, maar ook het salon aan het zwembad bezorgde ons gezellige namiddag siesta’s. De tuin was aan wat snoeiwerk toe, waaraan de werkmannen ook zijn begonnen de dag van ons vertrek. Hele fijne vakantie gehad in deze woning!

A lovely place to be

We have had several family holidays at this property. With it`s beautiful surrounding and peaceful location. We are not sure, if we really want to share it with others, or keep it as our own secret. But… First the house is evidently a home, rather than just a rental, and it`s very nice decorated inside. The garden and the pool is very charming with many old Olive trees, Fig trees, Lavender, Rosemarin and other plants. It is plenty of space, and lovely sitting places in the garden, so you can be on your own if you like, or together with other. For dining and lunching, there is a big stone table with good chairs, sheltered from the sun. Most of all I like the terrace, with a beautiful view over the landscape with Hills, Cypress and vineyards. It is a lovely place to be when the sun goes down, with a glass of rose. Once you relax at the house by the pool, you really just want to be there, and enjoy your holiday. But then again, it is only 7 mins walking distance to the very charming town of Flayosc, with cafes, excellent restaurants, bakeries, markets and everything you need. Flayosc is truly a living village, not ruined by tourism. There is daily markets to visit in the surroundings area as Lorgues, Salernes, Aups and Contignac. Flayosc is also ideally situated to explore a beatiful region of France. You can visit Tourtour, the Parc naturel regional du Verdon, with Badouen, Moustiers Sainte Marie. The Rivera with St. Maxime etc. All in 1 hour driving distance. We can`t wait to be back again. B. Christie

Stunningly beautiful property

The view over the countryside was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to relax and enjoy like never before during our stay in Flayosc. Multiple and secluded places on the premises, which fulfilled every need. Even though we were many persons, it never felt crowded. The massive table on the the cosy patio, with the fig trees surrounding us, was undoubtingly a highlight when the family gathered for a bbq or other delicious meals. The pool area for swimming and sunbathing, the porches or the verandahs for your morning coffee or lunch, and the whole inside of the house, which contained of several well-maintained and fully equipped rooms. All the flowers and their scents... And don't forget about the outdoor shower - I'd like one of those back home, please! The layout description was accurate and the facilities were top notch. The manager was really helpful and provided us with excellent service. We experienced no problems whatsoever, and would highly recommend this place. Within a short walking distance to the heart of charming Flayosc, you have everything you need here. This is countryside France in a nutshell for us, and we are definitely going back soon!

A Wonderful base in Provence

Nice Villa and pool area with lovely views from the terrace over the local landscape. The villa was clean, well decorated and has almost everything you need although it's about time the kitchen was refitted and the garden (which could be so nice) is in need of attention. We were an extended family of eight and fitted into the villa very comfortably. It was well situated for visiting the surrounding area especially nearby Tour Tour, the beautiful Verdon Gorge that has to have a few visits, particularly if you are an outdoors type. or you can venture to the better known coastal resorts of Cannes, St Maxine or St Tropez that are all a convenient drive away. Although we did not need for much Judith and Keith were very helpful when required and I would recommend this property to others

Firstly to respond to your comments about the garden and the kitchen: This has been an exceptionally hot summer and the garden has suffered - the owners have already planned to extend the automatic watering system so next year it should be much prettier. As far as the kitchen is concerned - the owners love it. They intend to make some improvements to the work benches and sink etc but want to retain its Provençal style. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay here and that you would recommend the villa to others. We hope to see you back again in the future.

Excellent place for a family holiday

We had a very pleasant stay at Flayosc. The small town itself is very pretty and all services can be found there. The villa was clean and well presented and Judith and Keith were the perfect hosts .

"The perfect place"

The perfect place in Provence. Charming, top quality house, clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and very well maintained. Nice pool area and garden. Beautiful view from the terrace. Ideally situated for walks and hiking. Cosy local village with several good restaurants. The sea and Cannes/Nice within short distance. We would highly recommend this property which we have enjoyed twice already.
