Very Comfortable

The property was better than seen in the photos. It’s a very cute, clean and nice space with all necessary essentials. It is also not far away from the saint-florent town. It has a very nice clean beach just 5min away from the accommodation. The only fault would be that it wasn’t easy to communicate with the host and he asked us to clean the space by ourselves or gave an option of getting a maid to do it for 30 Euros. Unfortunately we were not told about it at the time of the booking but we cleaned it by ourselves as all the cleaning products were provided. However all in all I do recommend staying here and Michela the host was very helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay in the house more than we expected before coming on the trip. Would definitely stay here again when we comeback

Un appartement confortable, au calme avec belle vue

Cet appartement, entièrement refait, permet de passer un séjour ressourçant. La mer est à 10mn à pied, avec accès direct sur le sentier des douaniers. La résidence est dans un parc magnifique d'eucalyptus et de lauriers, on y a des vues superbes sur la baie. Compter 7mn en voiture (4,5km) pour se rendre à la citadelle de Saint Florent.

Monolocale vista mare

Monolocale attrezzato con tutto l’essenziale. Vista mare spettacolare e giardino sul retro. Residence nel verde molto silenzioso. Serve la macchina per raggiungere il paese a 5 minuti. Soggiorno molto tranquillo. Buona comunicazione con la proprietà, ma non ho apprezzato che fosse comunicato solo al momento dell’arrivo che le lenzuola e le pulizie finali fossero a pagamento.

Saint Florent

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Appartement nicht so gut. Es war nicht sauber. Die Angaben stimmen nicht mit den Tatsachen überein. Das Bett ist kein Bett,man hängt durch. Der Kühlschrank ist so laut das man ihn in der Nacht ausstecken muss. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist locker. Die Fenster sind dreckig. Der Grill völlig indiskutabel verschmutzt. Die Toiletten Tür kann man nicht zumachen, klemmt. Im Bad Waschtisch fehlt der Verschluss. Ich sage es ist ein massiver Renovierungsstau. Schade das man so belogen wird. Auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlenswert. Gruß Jürgen Tschöp

Sur l annonce y a bien écrit que c est un canapé lit et non un lit même sur les photos nous voyons que c est un canapé lit c est vous qui avez rien compris La maison était très propre à votre arrivé . Vous êtes parti sans plier le canapé sans enlever les draps vous avez laissez la maison pas comme vous l avez trouvée à votre arriver vous êtes vraiment’ de mauvais fois … vous êtes les seuls à nous laissez des commentaires désagréable tout le monde est content de notre appartement Depuis que nous louons

Agréable et fonctionnel

Mon compagnon et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence très calme sur Patrimonio juste à côté de la commune de St Florent. Michel et Marie-Claude se sont montrés très réactifs et à l'écoute. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
