The house, completed in 2010, is surrounded by the magnificent greenery of Punta Ala, enjoys a mild climate, so much so that it can minimize the use of air conditioning. On the ground floor we have a large living room with dining area, kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower, a built-in wardrobe, study (or bedroom) with two-seater sofa bed. Pets are not allowed in the house.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house but, since there is a large terrace and a garden, it is easy to find where to smoke safely.
The garden for exclusive use is the one in front of the apartment and on its side.
