Overall a great place to stay. Communication was excellent. Community was nice and quiet. The only issue was that two of the bedrooms and the master bathroom had a minor mess leftover from the previous guest. No other issues and would highly recommend.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to shopping and beach. State park with nice walking paths was just a street away. House had everything we needed for a long stay. Communication with host was great.

We had a large group (11) with us during the stay. The check in process was so simple that we were able to get in, set down our bags, and hit the beach immediately upon arrival. We enjoyed the variety of spaces. The bunk room and rec room being separated a bit was a huge plus as the kids were able to enjoy themselves there without disrupting others talking or napping in the rest of the house. The patio was a nice place to relax after a long day out. We appreciated the proximity to the beach. We were right outside the nightlife so the neighborhood was peaceful, but close enough that it was simple to go to the beach multiple times a day. Thank you so much for the stay.

Our host was great. She answered questions in a timely manner. It’s a nice home with ample spread out room. Lots of games and a nice game room if you have kids in your party. It’s close to Orange Beach, shops and restaurants. It seems there are some kitchen amenities that need replacing. There were no knives that were sharp, and only one very warped cutting board.
