This Exclusive three bedroom beach & golf villa is situated near the famous Santiburi Golf Course amongst spectacular coconut groves and beautiful panoramic views on the fairways. The picturesque beach at Maenam is only 15 minutes walk away and has a fine selection of traditional Thai and Western restaurants. The villa is designed and finished to the highest European standards. Features include private pool, terraced area and gardens. Golf: The Santiburi Golf is located opposite Villa Decor. It's a difficult mountain and valley course. Small fairways leading hill up, hill down, but the large greens make the landing of the balls a little bit easier. The clubhouse is designed in a luxury style as the Country Club and provides comfortable changing rooms, a big Pro-Shop and a restaurant wit a huge terrace.

The first time that we had our holiday on Koh Samui is dated more as 20 years ago. Since 2007 we've bought our villa on the Fairways Country Resort. We choose this location because of the neighborhood of the Santiburi Golf Court. Thru the years we've made a lot of friends on the Island so when our guests have any problem there is always somone who can help!
Until today we've had only happy renters and we want to keep it that way!
