This stunning villa is bright and spacious, and its interiors were done in a tasteful contemporary style. It's location on the southern quayside of Albufeira’s Marina, affords the most amazing panoramic views across the Marina. This unique architectural style, designed by a famous Portuguese architect, allows stunning views over the terrace, to the Marina. The Marina’s facilities include national and international cuisine,
shops, cafes and bars. A variety of water activities, including big game fishing, boat trips and dolphin watching are also available from the Marina.

WE DO NOT RENT THE VILLA TO GROUPS OF TEENAGERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS.

Perfect property

The property is great, it is very quiet but a short walk to the marina where there are many bars and restaurants. Facilities are great and the kids loved the pool. Would recommend and definitely come back again.

Fantastic accommodation

Our first family holiday together and we chose this villa, we were not disappointed it is exactly as described very spacious with everything you need and a great location for the Marina & restaurants Worth downloading Uber app for taxi into old town only a few euros

Excellent villa

Super clean, excellent communication throughout. Spacious. 10 minute walk to shops at Marina or 8 minute drive to old town (we used Uber which cost around €6) had a great holiday. Highly recommend this villa.

Family stay

The villa is clean and very light - the main living area in particular is spacious and flooded with natural light. The marina is a lovely place to stay and easy to get Ubers in and out of the strip and the old town if you don’t want to rent a car. In particular it is very well managed and the team is very quick to respond to any issues you might have.

Beautiful house in a great location

House was great, loads of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Beds really comfortable. Garden and pool is bigger than it looks in the picture. Very private and not overlooked. Well worth the money. 10 minute walk to the marina and 40 minute walk to the old town. We got Ubers everywhere - came in lass than 5 minutes and cheaper than uk. Fab holiday

Comfortable and convenient

We had a great family stay for 11 nights . The villa is in a great spot 5 mins walk to the marina . 30 mins to the old town or a €5 Uber . A very comfortable villa with everything needed . Super comfy beds and plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids . Cleaners came twice through our stay and there was great communication throughout from our host . Thanks for a lovely stay !

Family holiday

The Villa was perfect. We were two families of four with teenage kids. Villa was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything you needed. Towels were supplied for bathrooms and pool and were changed along with the bedding mid week. The pool also got cleaned mid week. The villa is close to the marina which has great bars and restaurants and is only a short journey to the old town for those who want something more lively. The transfers were seamless and the host was extremely helpful. Would highly recommended and we will definitely be back

Excellent Family Holiday

Recently back from spending two great weeks away at the Villa. We were a larger family party of 9, the size of the Villa accommodated us all, very spacious. The property is as described in a great location at the Marina for food, trips and activities. Teens enjoyed the Games Room on the lower floor, the Villa is well stocked with everything you would need. Rui, the owner arranged our transport which was seamless there and back and our rep André was there to welcome us on arrival and provided contact details for anything we needed during our stay but was not needed. Spacious outside pool area and pool was checked and cleaned often. would highly recommend staying and look forward to returning!

Beautiful, clean villa

Beautiful, clean family villa. Great location at the Marina, plenty restaurants & bars. Lovely coastal walk to the Old Town, takes about 30 mins. Villa is like a home from home. Kitchen has every utensil you can think of, plus a large pantry. Sitting and dining room are huge, plenty family space. Four double bedrooms, beds are so comfortable. Every bedroom has its own balcony. Basement has a terrific games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Lots of outside space for sunbathing around the pool, which is a perfect size. Also a brick built bbq, which we used a few times and big table and chairs for dining outside. Manager, Pedro, met us at property for keys, really lovely gentleman. Rui, the owner arranged transport to and from airport. Both contactable during stay, but was not needed. Would highly reccomend staying at this villa and would not hesitate to return.

Fantastic Get away

Had an amazing week at the villa. Anything that we needed was supplied. We needed a base for an umbrella and it was with us in a matter of hours. Can’t fault anything. The villa was exactly as advertised. Perfect place for a group of friends to relax. Thank you for a perfect week 😀

Amazing

The Villa and staff were amazing. Spacious, clean and the outside space and pool was fantastic. There was everything we could of possibly needed , from pool towels to kitchen utensils. On our late arrival there was fresh milk, juice , coffee and biscuits, which was a lovely touch. To our surprise the beds were Very comfortable, as every other villa we have stayed in have very hard beds . The location was fantastic for us as the marina is prefect for families with small children also plenty for adults . My whole family had the best holiday and stay at this villa and will definitely be booking my next trip at this Villa.

Fabulous villa

Firstly, great communication with owner. Location of villa is 2nd row on marina, which was perfect (a cut through at top of road would be nice) but walk around didn’t take long. The villa was spotless clean, well equipped and perfect for 2 families of 4. Games room was brilliant. Thank you for a brilliant stay and moving dates when Covid hit. We hope to return one day.

A perfect way to spend a relaxing week in the sun,

Vila Marina was an excellent choice for our short break, with loads of space for two couples. The villa was in great condition, and very clean. The management team were always attentive and very flexible in allowing us an early check-in and late departure, which we very much appreciated! The villa is in a very quiet area of Albufeira, but really convenient for the marina and a good range of shops and restaurants. We would certainly recommend this property,

Excellent communications with owners team, very nice well equipped villa, spotlessly clean. Pool was more of a cool down splash pool, not really for swimming but enjoyable and cooled everyone down. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Marinas shops, bars and restaurants. 35/40 mins taxi to the airport cost €58

Great large private villa in marina location

Superb week spent at this fabulous villa in Albufeira. Ideal for families. Pool was a little cold which was surprising for the time of year and was also not as clean as we would have expected, due to previous occupants swimming with sun cream. However, when reported to the host he quickly arranged for it to be cleaned. Living areas were really good sizes, great fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ, 4 good sized bedrooms with balconies and just a 5 minute walk to the marina that the villa overlooks. Recommended.
