The stay was wonderful, completely relaxing, and we were helped immediately with any problems we encountered. We as a family felt very welcome and were wonderfully looked after. We can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience the real Italy.
Large family group with 8 adults and one infant. The villa was fabulous and very spacious and very well suited to the adults. A little challenging for the infant but we knew that from the accurate depiction. Very helpful team during stay and the cleaner on the middle weekend did a fabulous job.
The Villa was lovely. Carla was very accommodating and bought a brand new chair seat for our one year old grandson.
Any problems we had were resolved fast and efficiently. We had a lovely stay , thank you .
The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The communication with Alessandro, the staff manager, was smooth, uncomplicated and professional. The huge property and the great pool convey the feeling of an idyllic oasis of peace and relaxation. We enjoyed our vacation to the fullest, thank you very much.

We had a lovely stay, although it was extremely warm and without aircondition it was difficult to ve cooled down, however the pool helped a bit but it was also warm.
We had a good communication and the the small things that was not working proberly was taken care off or it at least it was tried.
The House was nicher than expected and that was a great surprise.
With great help from the owner, we hired a local chef and she created a fantastic meal for us at a very desent Price.
All in all, we loved our stay and send our recommendation.
The villa and grounds were stunning and larger than even the pictures show. Plenty of space for a family and very well equipped with all we needed. Plenty of games and stuff to do for the kids, including table tennis, volleyball net (plus one in the pool), and table football. Pool was lovely - large, clean and a good temperature. We used the barbeque a couple of times and ate on the veranda, which was a beautiful spot especially at sunset. We went to the Creo pasticceria and Ramozzi bakery every morning for pastries and pizza slices - only five minutes out of the pool gate. We also used the little local bus to get into Terni, stop is just at the bottom of the path out of the pool gate. 2 euros each, straight into town. Some lovely restaurants in Terni, and would recommend Carpe Diem, sat in the square, and in particular Macelleria Pucci, where we also got some excellent meat for the barbeque. Definitely one of the highlights of the holiday was how helpful and thoughtful Stefania was throughout the week. From checking-in and the food and the prosecco that she left for us, to organising a local taxi in the evenings (last bus back is at 8), and generally just answering every question quickly and helpfully, she made the holiday very easy and relaxed. One thing to note was the mosquitoes - they are plentiful and persistent, so go well prepared. Overall, it was a beautiful house, with a very helpful host in Stefania, and we would thoroughly recommend for families.
Overall the Villa was perfect for us. We were a group of seven adults. There was plenty of space so we could all be together or have our own space when we wanted. Our goal was to have a home base and visit small towns in central Italy. The Villa was perfect for that. We rented 2 cars, and drove to a many different towns. Some days we planned rest days and stayed at the Villa cooking and drinking wine. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The grounds of the Villa are very pretty, we especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evening on the Veranda drinking wine. The sunsets were amazing. The upstairs 3 bedrooms with king beds were nice, the downstairs bedroom was more of an open living area with a convertible couch bed, comfortable but more open area. The Villa furnishings are very eclectic, but comfortable. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated (as stated in the description) it was lovely sitting by the pool, but the water was way to cold for us to go in the water. Carla and Eleanor were very nice and quickly answered all our questions. We all had a wonderful time and are glad we chose this Villa.
We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Outside there is amble parking once you enter through the electric gate as well as loads of seating areas under cover and around the pool. The pool was perfect sized and for those itlnterestes, BBQ and further seating. Dispute all of this, oddly the highlight was the communication with Alessandro the property manager! Always on hand and responded via WhatsApp promptly. Any subsequent visits will be down to how brilliant he was! In terms of the area, marmore falls and piedluco lake were highlights. My advice is to take your time with the waterfall. Grab some lunch and a drink at the bottom before heading back up. Don't worry about fitness and being out of breath. Litterally everyone we say regardless of ages and physique was in bits at some point climbing back up. I just wish we were able to fit in a second trip to marmore falls! Basically in summary....get it booked and enjoy (oh and don't forget mosquito spray as youll need this most of the time in Italy!!!)

We are happy to host you again and thank you so much for the kind words you used, you were excellent guests!
Ons verblijf was ontzettend leuk. Geweldig zwembad.

Nice house!
The house is nicer than the pictures describe. It was very nice cleaned and the kitchen has all equipments you can ask for. Theoutside veranda is very cozy. The host and the translater are very nice and helped out fast when the pump to the pool needed to be fixed. The cleaning of the pool didn't appear as we were told and the pool area can be updated to match the rest of the house. A plus is the nice gelato place 7 min walk from the house and the grocery store 10 min away. We were planning to rent a car but didnt need to do that since we had all including Terni city center on walking distance. When we needed we took taxi, but this was VERY expensive, I guess we paid tourist price....
The object is as beautiful as it looks, although not as green because of the lack of rain. Very spacious and comfortable, also good for some outdoor activities like volleyball or tabletennis.
Only complaint I have are that the beds could be more comfortable and the neighbours donkey and dogs were very loud.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Nice place, everything was perfect Carla and the team was helpful with everything.
The place have everything, pool was so clean and house when we come. Carla and the team was always helpful Would clearly recommend this accommodation. Many thanks Karsten and family.
Terni is a good location for exploring Umbria . Villa was large and well maintained . friendly greeting when arriving. Old town restaurants were excellent.
