Apartment With Large Terrazzo And Garden In Tranquil Village internet wifi

A traditional stone building dating from the 18th Century with large arch windows overlooking an unspoiled valley. One one side a partly shaded stone patio with a delightful swing seat adjoins the apartment, perfect for painting the wonderful views or just enjoying our legendary climate. A path leads into the olive groves and onward to the mountains. On the other side there is a mature garden, with Mediterranean plants, a barbecue and seating area. Parking available. The interior is well appointed with all necessary facilities including cooking area & large screen satellite television including English channels. There are two large rooms, one of which is a very large bedroom, the other equally large room is the living area which can also serve as a bedroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps four. We are 10-15 minutes drive from sandy beaches and the provincial capital Imperia with all facilities. Nice (recommended) and Genoa airport are a short drive away (one hour) and transfers. The delightful town of Dolcedo, with facilities including English speaking pharmacy, restaurants and bakery is 10 minutes walk away. Famous for its water mills and baroque church, perfect for a relaxing coffee at the start of a day! The French Riviera, Monaco and Menton, are a short drive on the motorway. Beautiful authentic place

Very nice stay in a beautiful and quiet environment. Ralph and Sue are very kind and helpful hosts. The terrace offers a beautiful view. The way to the accomodation is a bit challenging, but doable by car. Dolcedo can be reached on foot, there is a little store and good restaurants, like Maibon. We enjoyed every day!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Wohnung ist wunderbar! Es war ein bisschen frisch, da wir in Januar zu Besuch waren, aber dank des Pelletofens wurde die Wohnung schön gemütlich. Wir sind mit einem Multivan unterwegs und konnten vor der Haustür parken. Selbstverständlich sind die Straßen in Dolcedo eng, aber mit Vorsicht durchaus zu meistern. Danke Ralph, Sue und Jill für den herzlichen Empfang und die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In traumhafter Lage gelegen, ruhig in den Olivenhainen. Sehr gemütliches Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die aber nicht aufdringlich wurden und vieles an Dingen abgenommen haben (wie z.B. Müllentsorgung), was gerade in Italien noch von keinem anderen Gastgeber übernommen wurde.

paradiesischer Ort für Individualisten und Freunde des Außergewöhnlichen

Der Aufenthalt in dieser außergewöhnlichen Ferienwohnung war für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Angeregt durch die schönen Agenturfotos hatten wir schon damit gerechnet, dass es ein wundervoller Ort sein muss. Als wir aber die Wohnung und den traumhaft schön gestalteten Garten sahen, verschlug es uns den Atem. Der ganze Ort inspiriert, sich in eine andere Welt hineinzuträumen. Die mitgebrachte Musikbox benötigten wir nicht, denn die Naturgeräusche der Vögel, Frösche, Zirpen, das Rascheln der Bäume im Wind, verzauberten einen so sehr, dass man diesen Zauber nicht zerstören wollte.Als ob das alles nicht zu toppen wäre, durften wir die überaus herzlichen Gastgeber etwas näher kenenlernen und stellten fest, dass in ihnen wahre Künstler stecken, wie man sie nicht alle Tage trifft.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keinen Wunsch offen und die Gastgeber standen für jede Frage zur Verfügung.Auch Dolcedo selbst, sowie die Restaurants und die Umgebung dort sind mehr als einen Besuch wert. Besonders das Kunstmuseum von dem Engländer Jim Overbeck sollte man unbedingt besucht haben.Ein Muss für alle Liebhaber farbenfroher und gesellschaftskritischer Kunst.Wunderschön sind auch all die kleinen Bergdörfchen mit ihrem Charme und den mittelalterlich anmutenden Gässchen.Vom Ferienhaus selbst lassen sich viele schöne Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine, Wanderungen und Touren in die Berge unternehmen. Das einzige Problem ist, dass man wieder nach Hause muss ;-)Wir kommen garantiert wieder! :-D

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Ralph und seiner Familie sehr genossen. Großartige Gastgeber, fantastische Tipps, der perfekte Urlaub! Die Menschen in Dolcedo sind sehr herzlich und man bekommt im Alimentari alles, was man braucht. Den Aperitivo und die Abendessen im „La Fontanella“ haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen, wenn wir nicht auf unserer wunderschönen Terrasse gesessen haben. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch unser Junghund fand den Urlaub großartig. Schöne Wanderwege gehen direkt am Haus los. Grazie mille per tutto!!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Unterkunft war wie im Internet beschrieben. Eine "Künstlerwohnung" mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles da, was man braucht. Tolle überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf die wunderschönen Olivenhaine. Der Vermieter super nett und sympathisch. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder :)
