Ground floor flat in a grade 2 listed Fisherman's cottage circa 1725

The flat is entered through the shared front door which leads into a small hall and the door to your right goes into the cosy lounge/dining area (12 feet.6 by 20 feet ), the lounge has a double sofa/ bed, easy chairs, 50" colour TV/free view, electric fire. The bedroom which leads off from the lounge has a double bed, wardrobe, etc, (all bedding is supplied). The kitchen and bathroom also lead off the lounge. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge, electric kettle etc. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, bath and fitted shower that works off the bath taps (towels are provided) .The flat has central heating, all electric and gas is included. Free WiFi connection available. Also we supply Coffee, tea and milk for your arrival. We regret we cannot insure your personal belongings. Please buy your Parking Permits on line from Torbay Council @ week (for 30 car Parks in the area., Freshwater or Quarry Car park). This cottage has been many things in its time, A home to a sea Captain, several Belgians during the last war who migrated to get away and a cafe before it became a home.

We are not far from Plymouth and Exeter which are both of historical interest, they can both be reached by car, bus or train.
