A double bedroom , secluded new apartment as part of a large country house set down a quiet unmade bumpy road(Bridlepath).
With pretty rural walks and close to shops and transport. The apartment has high vaulted ceilings and is light warm and airy, king size Tempur mattres, Miele dishwasher and washer dryer.Large Fridge Freezer.
The is plenty of car parking and we are close to several historic venues , our local pub and dining a 15 minute walk away .

This has been one of the most awesome stays I have had. A lovely tranquil setting, wonderful hosts, pet and human friendly and a truly tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. Need a great break. This is the place to inwind, connect with family and pets and simply chill for a long weekend or a month as we did.

Property is an ideal stay for those that want peace and quiet. It is very clean and well equipped. Route into the property is not suitable for low vehicles, luckily we had a 4WD SUV. Overal though, property is excellent

This is wonderful property hidden away in beautiful rural surroundings.. the apartment is love and has everything that you could possibly need and the owners are respectful of privacy and very friendly and kind .. have had a wonderful 3 months.. couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Very nice countryside rural property with lots of greenery.

Cozy little property with all the facilities, close to local shops. Enjoyed the stay, good hosts, easy access from main road. Suggestions to owners, there were bit of minor issues with wifi, which needs attention and also a fan must be provided as at time it was very hot at night and no fan in the house. Overall fully satisfied with the accommodation.

Elegant and practical, spacious and quiet

Spacious, tastefully decorated but very practical; clean and well-maintained with high-quality equipment; a very spacious living area and a generously-sized bathroom with a powerful bathtub-shower with ample elbow-room.The bungalow is an extension of the owner's house. There is no horizontal ceiling below the pitched roof with roof windows, making the rooms light and airy.The hosts are very friendly and helpful.Nothing is perfect: the roof windows are loud when it rains (so are mine at home), and the bungalow is located at the end of a long, heavily-rutted track. My old estate car with very poor ground-clearance inevitably struggled and I had to keep to walking pace most of the time. However, by the second day I had at least worked out how to avoid scraping on the ruts. Most cars will be fine driven carefully, and it is a price worth paying for the quiet location. Most residents have four-by-fours or other vehicles with good ground clearance.I shall definitely stay here again.

fantastic facilities, lovely location, great owner

I needed a quiet retreat to do some working "from home". Located in the heart of the Kent countryside, but close to Tatsfield village and train station and main roads, this apartment was perfect. Not that I needed anything, but the owners were always on hand to help with anything that was required, and when our paths crossed, they acted like neighbours, rather than landlords. Wonderfully friendly. I can't recommend this flat highly enough and will definitely be staying again !

This was my parents home for many years and I always wanted to live here with my family.
We have been renovating for several years and will continue on the gardens.

It is a unique place not for everyone but I love that you feel you are in the heart of the country yet you are so close to everything.
Its very peaceful here and we find it a very creative atmosphere great for writing, reading and painting.
