Perfect house, large rooms, comfy beds and «5-stars Hotel standard» bathrooms.

Clean, nice sized Pool, adequate sundeck chairs. A 5 min stroll to «endless» white sand beach. The only «downer» was the lack of decent restaurants within walking distance from the Property. But a well equipped kitchen and a grill facility enabled first class cooking at «home».

Fantastic House, super clean!

The house was very clean when we arrived, felt superb immediately. Un fortunately the weather was a bit cloudy, but not a great deal. All the things you need are available once you arrive. The beach is in walking distance and calm (maybe because is was a bit cold). We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Communication with Andrew was spot on and prompt! Maybe the bathroom on the ground floor could get an upgrade, but it was still functional! We will return, that's for sure!

Great house and location

Wonderful house, property, and location. Great walking to Café, restaurant, beach, supermarket all within minutes. The house did not appear to have been cleaned when we arrived but the property manager immediately sent the cleaners and it was quickly cleaned. The hot water was working fine at first, using the on-demand heater, but towards the end of our 10 day stay it quit working and the property manager again sent someone immediately. The hot water was never quite right again though for our final few days. But again, wonderful house, property, and location, would recommend and would stay again. Thanks!

Não fosse sermos assaltados no segundo dia da estadia (sem qualquer sinal de arrombamento da casa) a estadia seria mais agradável. Foi chamado a autoridade ao local e foi feito auto de notícia. O nosso sentimento de férias e de relaxamento acabou. Embora a chave de acesso à casa tenha sido trocada nunca mais nos sentimos seguros na casa. Disponibilizamo-nos para nova conversa mas não houve mais contacto dos anfitriões.Cozinha totalmente equipada mas com alguns eletrodomésticos que não funcionavam. Não penso voltar ao mesmo local.

Excelente casa e localização

Foi muito boa. No entanto encontrei baratas mortas à chegada e a hora de check out é muito cedo (10h), pelo menos 13h para ainda se aproveitar a manhã de praia. Para o preço, deveria proporcionar papel higiénico e pastilhas para a máquina da loiça, acho básico (apenas tinha 2 pastilhas e meia dúzia de rolos de papel higiénico, claramente insuficiente para os dias todos e número de hóspedes. De resto recomendo!

Propriedade Fantástica

Quase tudo perfeito, boa casa, boas areas, equipada com tudo, apenas algumas falhas menores: wcs sem protecção nos ralos, 2 cadeiras de exterior em mau estado, estendal em mau estado. E poderiam fornecer sacos do lixo e papel higiénico. Apenas 1 unidade de cada deixados. Nao expectavel para a qualidade e preço da casa. Ainda assim recomendo vivamente.

Casa com tudo o que é necessário para umas boas férias em família. A uma pequena caminhada da Praia do Cabeço, uma óptima praia para quem gosta de tranquilidade. Apenas um reparo, alguns dos colchões já precisam ser trocados.

Great Villa

Wonderful property. Location is excellent. Monte Gordo is a great spot to spend the winter. Andrew and Else excellent property managers. House is very well equipped. Always a concern for long term stays. My husband is a great cook and the kitchen met all his needs. Overall a great place to experience the Algarve
