We are so very sorry that you felt our apartment wasn't what you were looking for. I felt that you having made contact with us within an hour of arriving and noting the apartment didn't have a washing machine was a clue. I'm afraid it's a while since the apartment had a washing machine as we replaced this with a dish washer so apologies for that. It is quite rare that guests use washing machines whilst on holiday but I'm aware that some like to. Turning to your journey from the train station,The short drive from the train station is about a 3 minute drive, that said it would have taken longer should you have been doing this journey by foot so we apologise if this wasn't clear. We cannot comment on the cost of that short journey being £10. Your comments re lack of toilet rolls, our cleaner usually leaves 1/2 toilet rolls for the week however this is not aimed at satisfying for the whole week as most guests will arrive with their own support toiletries suitable for a weeks stay. As far the shared parts of the apartment & the bathroom screen, history tells me this is always amazingly clean with lovely art work throughout so I shall double check your comments as a matter of urgency and rectify anything that requires amending. Again we're sorry to hear these negative comments and hope it didn't detract from your holiday in Looe.

We're so sorry to hear this. Having used outside contractors to do our cleaning & laundry we are disappointed to read this which we will, of course follow through. You might note we always follow through on negative reviews and had we known your findings via a phone call we might have been able to rectify. To answer your question on storage, there is a double wardrobe in the large bedroom and a double chest of drawers in the smaller room, (generally used by children, as the room is quite compact) . Most people's holiday clothes are of a casual nature and additional wardrobes have never been in question, until now, we just wouldn't be able to fit any more storage in ! That said All our reviews are subject to one's opinion and we do take that on board, in fact our last review ( before yours ) of the apartment which was just a week before ) gave us 5 stars, however that doesn't compensate for the way you are feeling, we're sorry if, on this occasion you feel our apartment fell short of your expectations.

Hello Ralph I'm so sorry you had those problems with the rubbish in the hall way. This is totally unacceptable and will be taken up to find out just what went wrong. This is the first we have heard of it so we are very surprised. It would have been nice to hear how everything else was in your review. The comfort level, the ambience of the apartment, the magnificent, commanding views from the window, we'd so like to think you were very comfortable. This incident was a one off, ( and totally unacceptable as you say in these times ) but if you view some of the previous comments it will confirm that our apartment is always immaculate in it's presentation. I'm sorry to hear you had such bad weather too that must have added to your feelings. I can only apologise for the over site on the cleaner.. ..

Dear Robert Thank you so much for finding time to write such a wonderful review. I noted exactly when you visited which was November and would have been the start of the chilly weather.
