Fantastic apartment, great location

We had a great stay. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The location is brilliant - in the marina and close to a taxi rank and only a short walk from Chamboa beach club. We had a terrific stay.

Sotogrande

Deena was a perfect host. She was highly accommodating with the logistics of airport transportation and a rental car. Her property managers were also helpful, promptly answering any questions or needs. The property is well-appointed, with kitchen items, a big refrigerator, a dishwasher, and rental-included towels for the pool. We choose to rent in the off-season, and plenty of restaurants are open, all within walking distance from the property. The neighbors in the complex were all lovely, and the area was cleaned daily. The place feels welcoming and safe. We will rent again from Deena. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Amazing Penthouse Apartment

I would just like to say this Penthouse Apartment is 5 Star! The first contact e mail, booking, payment and deposit refund all went very smoothly, we were met at the apartment by Lin & Vic a lovely english couple who showed us around and gave us tips on local restaurants and things to do in the area. The apartment itself is stunning, a modern family home with all the mod cons you need. The description and pictures are accurate you won't be disappointed. It was very clean had loo roll, handwash and dishwasher tabs ect which was a great help especially when you first arrive. The views are amazing looking over the marina, restaurants, shops and market place. There are two outdoor pools one smaller than the other but right outside the apartment making it like our private pool as very quite at this one. The larger one is family oriented nice and relaxing with a shallow baby pool too and plenty of quality sun loungers. There is also indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam Room plus a small Gym, perfect! I would throughly recommend booking a holiday at Dena's penthouse, its absolutely luxurious.

A beautiful home away from home.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful penthouse apartment for a long weekend in February. Fed up with the terrible winter weather in the UK, we look forward to a relaxing few days in the sun at this time of year every year. We booked via owners direct, and Dena was excellent, coming back to our enquires straight away. When we arrived, I am pleased to say that the Ribera del Marlin did not disappoint either, a great apartment, for which the photographs simply don’t do it justice. The living room is wonderfully appointed, with a double height ceiling, comfortable leather furniture, and a great TV and DVD player (and selection of films) which is ideal for those odd rainy days you get even is the south of Spain in February. The kitchen has everything you may need, from the huge American fridge, to all the utensils under the sun, even coffee and tea in the cupboards which makes such a nice change from your average holiday rental. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all again first class, with plenty of towels even extra pillows and blankets, the owners have thought of everything. The surrounding area won’t disappoint either, lots of excellent restaurants and bars even in February. We could have easily left the car in the garage and stayed where we were for the five days. All in all, a relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable stay, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Excellent apartment

We stayed (family of four with children aged 9 and 11) for two weeks in July 2017. The apartment had everything we needed for a great holiday and had loads of space. The huge balcony had sun and shade all day. I don't think we ate a single meal inside. There was a little breeze on the balcony with made the summer heat very pleasant. There are two outdoor pools the smaller of which is very close to the apartment. We used it in the mornings and no one else seemed to use it until after lunch so it was as though we had a private pool. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We played tennis and padel tennis, went water skiing and enjoyed watching polo. An extremely enjoyable family holiday and we all hope to return soon. One note-the BBQ is electric (not allowed charcoal or gas BBQs in the complex).

Recently returned from our second stay at this fantastic luxury penthouse apartment. Superb furnishings, very comfortable beds, extremely well equipped kitchen, quality bed linen and towels, everything you could ask for and more. The local amenities are such that you do not need a car, however there is the added benefit of secure underground parking if you do hire a car. The property has excellent views, the beach to one side with the marina and 'rock' to the other. The wrap around sun terrace is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 loungers with a separate dining and seating area. Everything about the property is clean and well maintained, as the previous reviewer said, faultless.

We had a 5 day stay at this lovely apartment .Our group of 5 ladies flew into Gibraltar , which has a short 20 min transfer to the property . The apartment has 3 spacious double ensuite rooms , ample living space and is very clean , beautifully presented and well equipped. The balcony is enormous, south facing and enabled us to eat alfresco for breakfast , lunch and dinner, with views over the sea and marina. There is a bakery directly below the apartment , for fresh bread and croissants each morning , a small super market in the Marina and ample bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We couldn't fault our stay and if I could have sourced last minute flights, I would have flown out with my family the following week for half term.

We had a fantastic holiday in Sotigrande. The Apartment is in a great location with amazing views. Everything you need in an Apartment. We were met at the apartment and shown around by the Spanish hosts who also came and saw us of on day of departure. We had their contact details if we needed anything. We will definitely return. This is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in.

Lovely Apartment in Sotogrande

Loved our week spent in Sotogrande. The apartment was very comfortable, had lovely views of the sea, port and Gibraltar. The swimming pools, both indoor and out are fabulous. The beach is close by and so are the Port and local restaurants. The apartment is very clean, modern and luxuriious, and the surrounding terraces add to the feeling of space. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and we could all have happily stayed longer.

Fabulous Penthouse Apartment

We recently stayed here and couldn't agree more with the previous review. Everything was perfect, from dealing with the owners prior to arrival to the couple that met us and enthusiastically showed us around at close to midnight on arrival and 4:30am on departure! The Apartment is beautifully furnished (inside and out), very well appointed and has breathtaking views of the sea, the beach, the marina and the Rock of Gibraltar. The development itself is fantastic with multiple pools to entertain the children and very well kept garden areas. The location is literally on the doorstep of all the bars, restaurants and shops within Sotogrande Marina meaning that once you are there, you hardly need to use a car. We will certainly be looking to return in the not too distant future!

Perfect

A fabulous home from home accommodation for a family of 4 adults and 2 teenage children. Everything as described on the website, kitchen equipped with everything you could need, bedrooms and en suites spacious with comfortable beds. Inside living accommodation lovely but not used as outside balconies space large and perfect for day and night. The pools and grounds well kept and very peaceful for a relaxing holiday and in the evenings plenty of choice for bars and restaurants. The owners were very easy to communicate with and everything was delivered with ease. Also the couple who met us on arrival were lovely and put themselves out to greet and show us accommodation at gone midnight. Will definitely be booking again. 10/10
