Located between Lapa, Santos, and Bairro Alto, this small area surrounding the Parliament building is not to be missed.<br><br>Rent an apartment with a spectacular, unobstructed view through the trees, over the rooftops of Lisbon, and across the Tagus River. This apartment will make you feel right at home and let you experience the spirit of Lisbon.<br><br>This apartment is located on Avenida Dom Carlos I, one of the most beautiful avenues in Lisbon. In a traditional two-story building, on the 4th floor accessible by a semi-elevator, a traditional building from the late 19th century.<br><br>The apartment can sleep 5–6 people. It’s 2 square metres, with one double bed and another with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a table for 6, fully equipped with appliances, and a bathroom with a shower.<br><br>During your stay, guests have access to the apartment with complete privacy (no host or other guests invited to share or stay there).<br><br>Wi-Fi, a microwave, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and small kitchen appliances such as a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are available.<br><br>A cot can be provided upon request.<br><br>Normally, or as I mentioned, guests do not have access to the apartment at the time of check-in, so that any questions or concerns they may have can be addressed.<br>During your stay, you will have access to amenities.<br><br>There is parking available on the street, in areas clearly marked for this purpose, with designated parking spaces. <br>Or pay-and-park from Monday through Friday (9:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m.), except on holidays and weekends.<br><br>In the area, you’ll find excellent cafés (with great brunch), wonderful gelaterias, a few traditional Lisbon restaurants, nightlife.... museums and shops, beautiful gardens and playgrounds, as well as nearby universities. A short walk from supermarkets, markets, wine shops, and stores selling gourmet products and local delicacies in the area.<br><br>This apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city: Buses 727 and 706 stop right in front of the gate, just around the corner from number 28, or you can take the tram, which will take you right into the heart of Old Lisbon. The Cais Sodré, Chiado, and Rato metro stations are 15 minutes away. The Comboio do Santos station, part of the Cascais Line, is a 5-minute walk away. Chiado, Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Santa Catarina, and Cais do Sodré are all a 15-minute walk away.<br>
