The house is is tucked away at the end of quiet country lane with green hillside and panoramic views of the lake. The house is all on one level easy access and entrance. All rooms have windows and the house is bright and airy. The house has just been painted and fully furnished and equipped for a perfect self catering holiday. Ideal for family vacations with outdoor play space and fenced in garden. Also ideal for quiet romantic weekends or working holidays. Pets are welcome. Car is required to arrive, to explore and discover many of the beautiful sites. Lake access for swimming is minutes away. The house is totally independent and ideal vacation setting.

Nice peaceful updated home away from busy city life. Very helpful to have a washing machine and anything else you need. Beds comfy, pretty gardens and view from back patio.

Een topadres op een toplocatie

Prachtig gelegen huis, met zicht op het Lago di Bracciano. Er zijn twee terrassen met loungemeubels, een in de zon het andere in de schaduw. Auto kan bij het huis of onder een lager gelegen privécarport. Alle huisraad is er en in perfect goede staat. Eigenares is vriendelijk, meestal naar haar werk maar vlot bereikbaar via Whatsapp en ze helpt zeer vlug als er een klein probleem is. Interessante sites (Villa Adriana, Bomarzo, Viterbo enz.) op een uur bereikbaar. Dit vakantiehuis krijgt van ons een 10 op 10/

Tolle einheimische Unterkunft

Das Haus ist alt aber hat einen Charme. Innen hat sie alles modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hauskatze war jeden Tag ein Highlight für alle. Fernab von Tourismus und unter Heimischen, war es eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Straßen sind eng und sehr kaputt. Das war eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt der ganze Verkehr ist nicht mit unserem zu vergleichen. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan. Kann also sofort vor Ort helfen. Mir dem Auto sind es 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof und von da 50 Minuten bis nach Rom. Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub. Danke

Agréablement surpris par la région, ses lacs, et sa richesse culturelle. Logement calme et spacieux. Rien à reprocher à la location. Seuls bémols, sur l’environnement, il faut la voiture pour trouver des plages gratuites et difficile d'avoir des informations pour les randonnées pédestres.

Top Ferienhaus zum Geniesen

Wir haben hier einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat Platz für 5 Personen. Hervorzuheben ist das Badezimmer und die überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, auf der sich das Leben meist abspielt. Die Vermieterin Jennifer ist äußerst hilfsbereit, herzlich und zuvorkommend, wenn sie gebraucht wird. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus hinter einem absperrbaren Tor geparkt werden. Zum Haus kommt man über einen 600m langen Feldweg. Im nahegelegenen Trevignano (10min) findet man viele gute Restaurants (Fisch vom See) und andere Angebote. Auto notwendig. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus allen, die Entspannung suchen nur sehr empfehlen !

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house by the lake

We stayed in this property over Christmas and New Year and it was wonderful. The property is located only a few minutes walk from the lake and easy access by car to either Anguilara or Trevignano Romano. The house is very well equipped and the owner was so helpful, trying to solve issues with the WiFi and providing us with extra wood for the fire (which was amazing to have in the winter). We would really recommend this house!

Posizione e luoghi eccezionali, la casa è molto ben curata ed ha tutto l'occorrente per cucinare ,ha una bellissma veranda, dove alla sera si può stare tranquilli a leggere nel silenzio della zona. Casa deliziosa, arredata con cura e stile, giardino meraviglioso, curato, spazioso con vista sul lago molto bella. Silenzio assoluto la notte e risveglio con il canto del gallo.
