First floor: 1 livingroom, 1 old parlor, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony. On the second floor: 1 bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms, 1 balcony. Garden of 1. 500 square meters adjacent to the forest and the stream, table and chairs, swings for children. Parking for 2 to 3 cars in front of the house.

Aufenthalt mit Schneegarantie!

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt und befindet sich in einer sehr idyllischen Gegend. Das Haus ist sehr urig und authentisch. Für zwei Familien mit etwa zehn Personen war der Platz völlig ausreichend. Der große Garten ist für die Kinder als Spielwiese perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Für die Skifahrer bietet die Region zwei schöne Skigebiete mit Schneegarantie.

Sehr gemütliches Holzhaus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, die Zimmer sind sehr nett und bieten Platz auch für eine große Familie. Das renovierte Bad machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Lage in der Nähe des Wasserfalls, direkt an den Loipen ist perfekt. Die Küche muss allerdings dringend erneuert und besser ausgestattet werden. Der Herd ist uralt, es gibt keinen Toaster, keine Kochlöffel, keine Weingläser! Mit nur geringem Aufwand könnte man den Aufenthalt insgesamt stark verbessern. Unseren Kindern fehlte WLAN.

Vacanza piacevole

La casa nel complesso è gradevole ,la nota negativa è la moquette che io non amo e la mancanza di arredo nel giardino..C’è solo un piccolo tavolino e 5sedie parecchio malandate, ed è un vero peccato,perché c’è un giardino piuttosto grande ,che sarebbe piacevole utilizzare

Altes Bauernhaus in super Lage.

Die Mehrzahl der Räume müssen saniert werden, ganz besonders die Küche. Es ist in FeWo auch durchaus üblich eine Mikrowelle oder eine Spülmaschine anzubieten. Das und ein paar Gläser würden den Komfort sofort erhöhen. Super fand ich, das die Vermieter immer sofort auf Anfragen reagiert haben.

Perfect location , spacious family holiday home, could be really brilliant with a few additions

We had a really lovely holiday. Location is perfect for an alpine holiday and we enjoyed staying at the property. So overall left with really good impression. There is scope for improvement though if owners want to “go the extra mile” for a top rating: Replace oven; install dishwasher; sort plumbing (particularly for washing machine as pipes leak!) replace garden furniture, swings, table tennis table and barbecue all being in poor condition. To really go extra mile, leave bike for guest use as Valley is great biking area. On arrival have all beds made and toilet paper. One son had to sleep on a mattress and we had to take toilet paper from public toilet as next day was a Sunday! Sort out payment of tourist tax in advance. It’s a hassle to sort this out during/after holiday. Ensure next guests don’t arrive before 9am on day of departure (as happened to us!) - we felt a bit rushed! All the above offered in spirit of constructive advice - non of the above detracted significantly from our enjoyment. Andrew and family

Urgemütlich mit etwas Modernisierungsbedarf

Ideal für 8 Personen, da vier separate Schlafzimmer. Der Wohnraum mit Couch, Kaminofen und großem Tisch war hervorragend für gemütliche Winterabende. Das Badezimmer ist modernisiert, sehr gut. Die Küche müsste mal erneuert werden. Die Vermieter wohnen in Italien, man wird nicht täglich gestört. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
