Fabulous Modern Beach Front Home with Awesome View of the Sunset!

This house is a 2600 square foot, contemporary modern, fully equipped, beautifully appointed private oceanfront residence.

ADULTS GUESTS ONLY-Not suitable for children /families with children younger than 17. Sleeping accommodations include two top floor bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests ( twin beds, queen sized bed + twin roll-away for a fifth guest) Both guest bedrooms share a large sundeck with panoramic view of the ocean.

Guests love the home’s spacious living /dining room, large sun deck, modern kitchen, TV/media room and a fully equipped laundry room.

The property has a security system that includes smoke alarm and outside surveillance devices.

Amenities include a whirlpool bath in one bedroom and an elevator ( extra fee to use). The large main floor deck spans the width of the house while facing the ocean to offer magnificent daily sunset views. The deck stairs lead directly to the white sand beach.

The house is located in Port St Joe...just 1/2 mile east of Mexico Beach - both quaint coastal beach towns. With many points of interest, water sports and a tranquil shoreline, the area offers opportunities for both adventure and relaxation. Ladies long weekend

We really enjoyed staying here. We found snacks supplied in several locations; a nice touch. We all had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach is great, couldn't be any closer. The check in/check out process is a breeze. Would have liked the bedrooms to be on the 3rd floor rather than the 4th floor. Window treatments in the main living room would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that wants to enjoy beach living.

Paradise on the Beach

Everything about staying at this property was heavenly. The host Diane is incredibly responsive and helpful. The house has everything you could possibly need and more for a beach vacation right on the water. The views of the gulf and the sunset right from the deck were magical. You can walk for miles on the pristine white sand beach any time day or night. It couldn’t have been a better week!

Great Beach House

Had a great time staying here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and a quick drive to Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach and the Cape. The best part was being right on the beach and the privacy. Barely anyone on the beach, almost had it all to ourselves.

Girls Getaway

Perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation with the girls, just steps from the sand and waves. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The host was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. I plan to stay here again!

The house was beautiful and as advertised. Loved being so close to the beach and literally steps from the house. The host, Diane, and the cartaker, Tammy, made us feel welcome in the home and communication was great. Would definitely stay there again and hopefully, be back soon!

Perfect beach house

Very well located in Mexico Beach with easy access to Port St Joe. The house has everything you need for a laid back beach vacation with the clean, white sanded beach right out the back door. Definitely worth a repeat visit for us.. Thank you Diane and Tammy for your hospitality.

The Perfect Beach House

This beautiful beach house is right on the beach with the best view of a Port St. Joe sunset. It is so well stocked with everything you need, it is clean & organized, and so cozy. Diane is so easy to communicate with & is readily available to help with any concerns you have. We have stayed here several times & will be back.

Beautiful views

Wonderful beach house right on the water. The views from the deck and balcony were calming. The house itself was clean and well decorated. The added touch of de-humidifiers was genius and kept the air in the house crisp. Overall, we had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the house, the location, and the views!

This property was just as advertised only better. The house itself is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The beach is beautiful and secluded and the location is perfect. The owner and concierge are both super nice and helpful. We will definitely rent this property again!

The house is lovely and incredibly clean. We wanted a house right on the beach, and this place hit the spot. We also wanted secluded and we had the entire beach in front of the house to ourselves. The area is still rebuilding due to Hurricane Michael, but the construction/road noise did not detract from our stay.

Wonderful beach location

We loved our extended weekend at this location. The house was perfect! The outside patio overlooking the sea and the beach was our favorite spot. We can walk right out to the white sand beach. Quiet area with only a few dinning options, but the kitchen is very stocked and we ate at the house for most of our stay. Would recommend for a great getaway and stay right on the beach. The communication and service with the owner was outstanding. It also helped that the weather was perfect and the water very warm.
