New apartment of 60 sqm, 4th floor, offers all the comforts for your vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment is very bright, facing south west. You have a large quiet terrace to enjoy the views of the countryside and mountains. All rooms have access to the terrace. A private parking condominium will allow you to park your car at the foot of the building.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Annecy city center and old town are also reachable in 10 minutes by car or bus.

De omschrijving naar het huis was onduidelijk maar als snel kwam Catherine ons zelf halen. Een vriendelijke mevrouw! Helaas was het huis niet schoon op badkamer en wc na. In de slaapkamers overal spinnenraggen op muren en plafond, vloer was smerig met veel haren, overal lagen stof. Oven was smerig en besteklade s ook. Dus ben gelijk aan de slag gegaan, gelukkig stond er een stofzuiger en lagen er doeken. Daarna konden we genieten van het balkon met uitzicht en de omgeving is heerlijk.

Appartement dans une résidence très calme. 20min en vélo du centre d'Annecy (>30min au retour car 150m de dénivelé). Grande terrasse extérieure plein sud avec parasol et store, et repas possible. Local à vélo. Stationnement extérieur non attribué à l'appartement, parfois à une centaine de mètres. Bon rapport qualité prix

Fijne uitvalsbasis voor stadsbezoek en berg wandelingen

Prima en schoon appartement met groot zonnig balkon. Bus naar de stad bijna voor de deur, strandjes op korte rij afstand, veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving.

Un super séjour. Logement au calme idéalement placé pas loin d’une zone d’activité remplie d’enseignes. Grande terrasse, tout ce qu’il faut pour faire à manger. Propre. Très sécurisé. L’hôte est adorable ce qui ne gâche rien. On serait bien restés une semaine de plus!

Très très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec mon mari ma fille de 10 et 13 ans. Appartement propre, immeuble et quartier très calme. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible si besoin. On a pu faire pleins de visites sans top de route gorges du fier, lac Annecy, plage de jorioz, le semnoz. A refaire car une semaine c est trop court.

l'appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. Nous a avons séjourné avec notre petite fille de 10 mois (il y a de la place dans l'une des chambres pour installer un lit parapluie) et tout s'est très bien passé.

Belle ville, beau quartier, beaucoup d activités à faire. Seul bemol : difficile pour stationner.

L'appartement était correct dans la moyenne. Belle vue sur la verdure depuis la terrasse. Seule chose que je déplore, c est que la propriétaire ne nous rende pas notre chèque de caution le jour de notre départ. Cela fait 4 jours que nous avons quitté son logement et à ce jour, toujours pas notre chèque de caution. Nous avons envoyé un message et aucun retour de sa part. C'est inadmissible surtout qu'en partant, nous avons laissé son logement super propre.et l'électroménager nickel. Système des chèques de caution à revoir et manque de communication après le séjour sur le retour de nos chèques de caution.

Demande de réservation de dernière minute, excellent accueil, tout est parfait, il ne manque rien, vue de la très grande terrasse magnifique, calme absolu sinon les petits oiseaux. De plus la propriétaire, Catherine est très gentille.
