This renovated accommodation has a capacity for 6 people and is just 450 meters from the beach. The house has access to a community pool and comes with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning and a parking space.



The house consists of a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds, and a double bed on the mezzanine. These last two share a second bathroom with a shower. In the private fenced garden, you can enjoy a barbecue and various relaxation areas, ideal for sunbathing, enjoying a family meal, or simply relaxing with a good book. In addition, the communal pool area, located in front of the house, has a large pool, a children's pool, and a small playground. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as all the utensils for eating and cooking.



The accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava, from where you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The Raül Girona supermarket is less than 6 km away, and less than 3 km away, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. Moreover, being just 450 meters from the beach will allow you to enjoy unforgettable moments by the sea.

La casa correcta, con buena distribución y bien arreglada. NO TIENE WIFI (imprescindible) Pocos utensilios cocina (cazos y sartenes) Puerta corredera baño suite no se aguanta cerrada.

Vacaciones de 10 en un entorno inmejorable

La casa está muy bien equipada, es muy bonita y está llena de detalles desde el jardín hasta todo el menaje. Las habitaciones son muy comodas, las camas, los armarios.. los baños tb. Está muy bien equipada a nivel de menaje y electrodomésticos. No hemos echado nada en falta! Sin duda si podemos repetir, lo haremos. La casa está muy ubicada al lado del parque y la piscina, y muy cerca de la playa. Nos la encontramos limpia y ordenada. Sin duda respira a hogar y eso en muchas casas q hemos estado no lo hemos visto. Quizás poner mosquiteras en el comedor para abrir las ventanas y no tener q poner el aire acondicionado en los dias de mucha calor. Ya hemos visto q las habitaciones sí q las tienen. Pero por el resto hemos estado muy a gusto.

Casa agrdable en zona tranquila muy apropiada para niños.

Jardín tranquilo al lado piscinas y parque infantil, 7 minutos andando de la playa. La casa dispone de poco menage, ni una taza de café, pocos cubiertos, falta de complementos de cocina. El precio de 80 € en limpieza no se corresponde con el servicio.

Gracias por vuestro comentario, hemos puesto el menage a punto, como en recepcion siempre tenemos stock de muchas cosas que puede romper o faltar. La casa ha cambiado de propietario en 2020 y ahora esta impecabla de menage y muy limpia

Somme-Urlaub an der Costa Brava

Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort und schneller Service. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war für uns optimal und bedarfsgerecht eingerichtet. Eine geschlossene Anlage mit privatem Pool, Babybecken und Kinderspielplatz vor dem Haus. Parkplatz in der Nähe des Ferienhauses war vorhanden. Für Abwechslung sorgte der 5 Sterne Campingplatz der mit Besucherausweis zum einkaufen und essen genutzt werden kann. Toller Sandstrand und nicht überlaufen. Die Möblierung ist ausreichend und schon alt. An manchen Stellen im Haus sind Schönheitsreparaturen zu machen. Der Geruch nach Chlor aus dem Bad im Schlafzimmer ware zeitweis sehr strak störend. In der Küche wären wir mit mehr Besteck, Teller, Tassen, Töpfe etc. zufriedener gewesen. In dem Haus gibt es kein WLan/Wifi und auch kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm was besonders bei einem Urlaub mit Kindern wichtig ist. Die wurde während unserem Urlaub überwiegend von Spanieren und Franzosen genutzt.

Emplacement. Place de parc à proximité Climatisation. Piscine. Proximité de la mer Equipement (lave-vaisselle, four, réfrigérateur, TV) La terrasse est trop petite. Les alentours devaient être amélioré pour être utilisé. Manque gant pour le four. Malgré la climatisation, il fait très chaud dans la mezzanine. Le Wifi serait un plus surtout par rapport au prix.
