It is a low rise property with only 36 units... the grounds of the property are pristine, and the amenties surprising for a property this size... Your family will very much enjoy the marsh front environment, with its opportunities for crabbing, fishing for flounder and watching the blue herons and egrets work the water for dinner! The property has a marsh front pool, jacuzzi and kiddee pool as well as picnic tables and barbeque grill right beside the marsh... the property is located 3 short blocks to the beach and it is an easy walk to the beach as well as Barefoot Landings shopping, dining, jet ski rentals and more! Close to North Beach Plantation ... .

This unit comes with a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room as well as a 65 inch flat screen in the master bedroom as well as another flat screen tvs in the second bedrooms as well as FREE WiFi internet and DVD player and DVR! There is a full size washer and dryer in the condos own laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker as well as all appliances and basic dishes and untensils. The unit was professionally decorated and it is very nice as well as very comfortable... The units are very attractively priced to be this nice and this close to the beach... You would certainly enjoy renting this great unit! Unit rating is Luxury

Fine Unit and Building, Nice Location

This unit and property was very clean and met all expectations. Spacious floor plan and Host/Property Manager was friendly and accommodating. Here are the standouts: PROS: Great location in N. Myrtle Beach, easy to get the Beach, Restaurants and Barefoot. Building was a great size and easy to come and go and park, no waiting for elevators. Unit was in great condition with a nice size balcony and ocean is visible. Pool and hot tub was never crowded. MINOR CONS: No cushions for wicker balcony patio set. Temperature discrepancy between Master Bedroom and rest of unit (this was in July). Seems to run 3-5 degrees warmer in the Master. It helps if you can keep both Master bedroom and Master bath doors open at night. Overall, a really nice place to stay and you won't be disappointed.

Summer girls beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying in this condo and we love it every year. It is close to the beach and easy driving distance to all of our favorite places. The vent in the master bedroom did not seem to be pushing cool air but was still very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.
