It’s a spacious, four-storey Victorian family home that sleeps up to 6, with two full bathrooms and a separate toilet. The design is modern yet retains classic features, and there’s a south-facing garden with a BBQ for sunny days. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street near the heart of Highbury, within walking distance of the Emirates Stadium and two large parks. Buses (19, 4, 141) are a 5-10 minute walk away and the Piccadilly & Victoria lines are 15-20 minute bus ride away, making central London easy to reach. A short ride takes you to lively Upper Street with its bars, restaurants, shops and theatres, or to Stoke Newington’s charming Church Street.

North London Family House

This is a well located north London property in a quiet street. Nearby are individual local shops, cafes and restaurants. There are regular bus services from the end of the road and the Tube is about 15 minutes walk away.Inside the house is stylish, modern and well equipped for self catering and entertaining. The shaded garden is a real asset for the summer in central London. Cristy is a very helpful host who is quick to respond.

Very well equipped and spacious house in a perfect location between Highbury and Stoke Newington .

Light,spacious ,welcoming ,well equipped house and small garden in a great location. Cristy ,the owner was a lovely host .The only small downside was that this is a 'smart' house and the elactrics are due an upgrade. We will definitely seek to stay in the future. Thanks Cristy

We’ve called this place home for 16 years and have loved every moment here. The location is fantastic, the house feels bright and welcoming whether it’s sunny or cloudy. Being so close to the parks has been wonderful with the kids, and it’s just as easy to enjoy a day out locally as it is to hop on a bus into central London. Living here has truly been a joy, and it’s a pleasure to be able to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

The scene is a blend of calm and convenience — the house sits on a quiet residential street lined with Victorian homes, yet you’re only minutes away from central London. What I enjoy most about the area is the balance it offers: you can spend the day exploring museums, galleries, and landmarks, then return to a peaceful neighbourhood with beautiful local parks, cosy cafés, and a real community feel.

The house is tucked away on a quiet street, yet it’s only a short trip into central London, perfect if you’re planning a day of sightseeing. And after exploring the city, you can unwind close to home by heading to the park with a blanket and picnic basket for a relaxed afternoon.
