Great house, great location! We were surprised and pleased with the neighborhood with easy access to coffee, restaurants, and a quick uber downtown. We also loved the quiet for a great night sleep and relaxing mornings after a night on the town!

Great house!! It was perfect for us. It was nice to go to downtown bu then able to come back to the house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat and drink and MUCH less crowded. Would stay here again.House was very clean and had everything we needed!

Place was perfect for the 4 of us to stay. House was nicely decorated, clean, AC worked great and the beds were very comfy. Great location whether you wanted to stay local or go up to Broadway. Neighborhood nice & quiet. I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Awesome stay! This place is great! It is the perfect size and it's in the quietest, cutest neighborhood. We walked all around the 5 points area and there was great food and bars within walking distance. Place is very clean and we had no issues at all!

We went for a Titans football game and see the sights. It was in a perfect location to anything downtown including the game. The only thing I would of changed is the couch is very uncomfortable. But the beds and pillows made up for it! Very adorable house with a great deck we relaxed on every morning. Very cute shops and places to eat walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

This house was perfect for our stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet area and perfect location for our stay. Attended a concert at Nissan stadium and was an easy walk back to the house. Great location with shops and restaurants right around the corner. Will stay here again!

Four of us spent several days at the house. We were impressed with how clean the house was and how comfortable the beds were. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get downtown from there.
