The villa is equipped with all the comforts you would want in 2019. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine and a small utility room with washing machine. The villa has four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, one with bath. Outside, next to the swimming pool, is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, sink, toilet and outdoor shower. The swimming pool is 4.5 m x 9.0 m. There is Dutch television and Wi-Fi in the house.

The villa is very conveniently located, has free views and is less than 5 minutes away from the popular sandy beach 'el Arenal'. Also, the port and the old town of Javea are minutes away from the villa.

We really enjoyed our time. Lovely views and good communication. Had many issues with ants from the moment we arrived- In the beds everywhere. Amazing place but this did cause us some issues

Awesome house, great location

We had a lovely time. The home is so nice you just don't want to leave. The pool is great, plenty of room to sit in the sun or shade. We used the bbq almost every night. the table outside is big and seats 10 people. The view is amazing, we would sit next to the house and just enjoy the view. There is a nice seating area there with a comfy couch and 2 chairs. The garden is nice and well kept. My favorite spot to read and relax. The kitchen has all you need, plenty of pots and pans. Enough cutlery, plates and glasses.There was a lovely gift bag when we arrived. The bedrooms have airconditioning and the beds are nice. There is enough to do in the area but you really just want to stay at home and relax :)
