Recently restored environment, depandance of a manor house 10 km from the center of Padua immersed in a private park. Comfortably and elegantly furnished in one floor.
Campodarsego is located in a favorable position a few kilometers from Padua, Venice and Treviso and allows you to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature.
Staying in this accommodation gives our guests the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful park.
The house is an annex of the main villa. Just restored and tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort, it has the distinction of being immersed in a private park.

The house is highly recommended for families with children as it is extremely quiet, isolated from traffic noise and with plenty of space to play, given the large private park in which it is immersed.
Nearby you can find all kinds of services: supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy, bank, shops, bars.

The property is 2 km from the Campodarsego railway station, an ideal starting point for walks immersed in nature along the path of St. Anthony's path or along the Muson dei Sassi, which is also ideal as a cycle path.

Wonderful Villa

The property was beautiful with a quiet feel. Great location to get to the train to explore the different cities of Italy. The owners are extremely friendly and made staying here very pleasant.

Angabe einer völlig falschen Urlaubsadresse

Der Vermieter der von Ihnen genannten Cà Beppi in Spinea hatte überhaupt keine Reservierung auf unseren Namen vorliegen! Nur seiner Hilfsbereitschaft ist es zu verdanken, daß wir am späteren Abend dann schließlich doch noch in das richtige Haus, Via Pioga,248 in Campodarsego kamen. Die Wohnung war nicht schlecht, nur ziemlich dunkel, aber dafür recht groß. Doch für diese Schluderei Ihrerseits - die uns reichlich Nerven gekostet hat - gibt's natürlich keine gute Bewertung! So etwas haben wir in über 50 Jahren Reiseaktivitäten nicht erlebt und erwarten zumindest eine Entschuldigung. Ralf und Eva Hoppe

Super Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen!

Trotz, leider, späten Ankunft, Empfang durch Vertretung nett und umfassend. Das Anwesen wirklich beeindruckend schön und die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos, außer, statt der Stockbetten gab es 2 Einzelbetten, was aber von Vorteil war. Es gab auch einen Grill, sogar Kohle war da, und 2 Liegen konnte man sich vom Pool holen! Die Küchenausstattung war nicht so perfekt: keine normal große 28cm Pfanne, kein Pfannenwender und Schneebesen. Die fußläufige Umgebung fanden wir reizlos.

La dotazione per cucinare è più che completa. Vedasi recensioni precedenti. In caso di regimi alimentari particolari che necessitano di attrezzature specifiche , l’ospite di norma le porta con sé.

Mooie ruime accomodatie vlakbij Padua en Venetië

Ruime woning, goede faciliteiten, gebruik van het aanwezige zwembad op het terrein ( ook in gebruik door de eigenaar ). Veel muggen, maar dan de verhuurder niets aan doen.

Perfect hideaway in Italy

We loved this little property in Italy. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. 2 of which had bunk beds and the master had a large double bed. Dario and his wife were lovely, and even though we arrived at 10pm at night they gave us a full tour and explained things we needed. U fortunately there was no internet although it is listed in the description, and although there is a pool on the property access is not permitted. There is also no washing machine but a laundromat about 5 minute drive down the road that has built in washing powder and softener. We travelled to Venice easily on a train from the local station which was far easier than I thought it would be. The perfect location to sit and relax while in Italy or to explore the locale of Venice. Would highly recommend.

Luxe, comfort en rust in overvloed

Prachtig verblijf. Dit huis is aangebouwd aan de villa van de eigenaar. Zeer gastvrije mensen die je lekker je vakantie laten vieren. Het verblijf is zeer groot en luxe. Fijne keuken met 4 pits gasstel, een hele goede oven, zitkuil met tv (Spaanse zenders). Je hebt flink wat gratis wifi GB's. Neem je laptop mee en je kunt je favoriete series uit Nederland lekker volgen, het nieuws kijken enz. Er is een klassieke Italiaans espresso apparaatje voor op het vuur. Neem dus een pak espresso mee. Lekker en héél Italiaans! Het is een enorm perceel wat als park is aangelegd. Je hoort de koekoek, specht en meer mooie vogels in de tuin. Aan de achterzijde is een groot luxe zwembad geflankeerd door een rij grote ruisende dadelpalmen (vakantiegevoel). Eigen ingang tot het perceel met op afstand te bedienen poort. In dit gebied liggen op beperkte afstand Padua, Bassano, Verona, Trevideo, Venetië en meer. Venetië kun je het best met de trein bezoeken vanaf het plaatsje Noale waar je eenvoudig bij het station kunt parkeren. Trein kost vanaf hier € 3,45. Met de auto is moeilijk naar Venetië te gaan wegens de drukte. Trein is ideaal. Vlakbij het huisje is een Prix winkel (Aldi achtig). Iets verder is een winkelcentrum met zeer grote supermarkt en veel kledingzaken. Aanrader.

Alles bestens! Ruhiges Haus mitten im sehr großen parkähnlichen Garten

Strenggenommen handelt es sich hier um eine eigene Wohnung in einem sehr großen Einfamilienhaus, das einem Firmeninhaber gehört. Der Garten hat geschätzte 2000-3000 qm und wie ein Park gestaltet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und unauffällig. Parkplatz liegt im Garten. Die Einrichtungen im Haus sind ältere Möbel, aber in einem sehr guten Zustand. In der Küche fehlt nichts. Einzige Kritik am Geschirr: es sind meistens Platikteller oder Plastikschüssel. Auch fehlt ein Mikrowellengerät. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine Zwischentür eingebaut, um die Schlafzimmer vom Wohnzimmer und Küche zu trennen, was uns auch gut gefällt hat. Leider haben wir in der Küche auf dem Boden Ameisen gesehen. Man sollte da beim Brotessen aufpassen.

Preis - Leistung ist in Ordnung

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine separate Einliegerwohnung in einer modernen Villa auf einem riesigen Parkgrundstück. Der Eigentümer wohnt im Haupthaus; man bemerkt ihn aber kaum. Die Wohnung ist gut und großzügig geschnitten, Wohn.- und Schlafbereich sind voneinander getrennt. Die Bäder sind ansprechend mit 1xDusche und 1xWanne ausgestattet, wobei die Dusche für normale Mitteleuropäer etwas eng geraten ist. Bei der versprochenen Kaffeemaschine handelt es sich um landestypische Caffetiere zur zubereitung von Espresso. Das Kabelfernsehen bietet sehr viele Programme, aber leider nur in italienischer Sprache. Ausweg, streamen über Internet 7,5GB pro Woche sind frei. Weitere 7,5 GB kosten 30Euro Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten aber alles recht ordentlich und empfehlenswert.
