Great place to stay

Very nice place located close to Capo Vaticano and Tropea, quiet and clean. Fabulous swimming pool. Valentina is always available to make our stay excellent

Lovely house in a very well kept small condo with beautiful.gardens and pool overlooking the sea.

Valentina's house is very pleasant and excellent value for money. It is located on very peaceful grounds which are very well maintained. There is a nice outside area for meals, with a barbecue. The nearest beach is lovely and Tropea with its many shops and restaurants is only about 20-30 minues drive away.

Comfortable house with a nice view to the sea!

Casa di Ale is comfortable and very clean house with a nice terrace and beautiful view to the sea. Valentina was very helpful, she reacted very quickly to our requests and resolved any problems we had and also gave suggestions for restaurants, grocery shops etc. The house is very well located, just 5 min drive from the beautiful beach Groticelle. There are quite some restaurants around and supermarkets are close by as well. But you need a car to access everything. We had a very nice stay there with our children and would recommend it to other guests.

Accogliente, in collina con vista al mare!!

Villetta molto accogliente, comoda veranda e piccolo giardino dove abbiamo potuto cucinare alla griglia con vista al mare, buona posizione, a 10min a piedi dal mare anche se strada in salita e 15min in auto da spiagge molto belle di Capo Vaticano e Tropea. Valentina gentile e prontissima per rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio, grazie per gli ottimi consigli!!

Wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung

Valentina was very responsive

The location was quite good and Valentina was available by text to answer all our questions and offer suggestions. We didn’t find the property as comfortable for two couples as we had anticipated though. The living room only had comfortable seating for two and the double bedroom was quite small. The pool was spectacular, as was the surrounding area. A car is pretty much needed to get to all amenities as the walk into the nearby town is quite steep, although the beach is very lovely.

Fun place to stay

The property is in a great location, lovely views, within a steep but short stroll down the hill to the local village Santa Maria. Valentina was a friendly, responsive and helpful host which made us feel welcome. The pool was perfect to laze by on a hot day and there I lots to do in the area. If I had to nit-pick, the property is in the middle of 5 attached properties so the neighbours are very close by. Luckily our neighbours were quiet and friendly so not an issue. I would recommend staying here to others.

angenehme Unterkunft, großzügig und gut ausgestattet (z.B. Strandschirm..) ,sehr auber; die Küche vor allem für Italien sehr gut ausgestattet und da die Qualität der kaufbaren Lebensmittel hervorragend ist macht es Spaß, sich Mahlzeiten selber zuzubereiten; Restaurants eher nicht fußläufig; Vermieterin sehr umsorgend und hilfsbereit; der Pool ist sehr angenehm und gepflegt und über eine nicht sehr viel befahrene Straße zu erreichen, ab und zu hört man ein weiter gelegenes Hotel (Animation); eine Liege direkt bei der Unterkunft wäre noch schön; überdachter Außenbereich so daß man bei einem Gewitter auch draußen bleiben kann, schöner Blick; man benötigt eigentlich für alles ein Auto, der nächste Strand ist zwar 800m aber ein steiler nicht so schöner Weg; sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe mehrere vorhanden an denen man auch in der Hauptsaison parken kann für ein kleines Entgelt; Tropea nicht weit und sehr lohnenswert; Strombolibesuche sind möglich und besonders derzeit sehr lohnenswert da der Vulkan aktiver wie sonst ist; wir hatten 2 sehr erholsame Wochen dort mit 2 Kindern a 9 und 12 und haben es sehr genossen; hier drehen die Uhren noch langsam, sehr entschleunigend und freundliche Menschen in der Gegend

Charm and views in this delightful property

This is a great little getaway with everything you need from a holiday home. The April / early May weather was just right for us as the moderate temperature allowed us to be more active than we would have been later in the year, when temperatures soar. The location is convenient for the local supermarket and beach which are a short walk away, but secluded enough from the village to give that "away from it all" feel. The views over the sea are spectacular, particularly early morning and evening with the sun dancing on the gentle waves. The garden areas provide a safe place to play for children and there is secure parking to the rear. Valentina the host, is incredibly helpful and is focused on providing a delightful holiday experience for all who stay here. I had a lovely week, many thanks.

Good value, quiet and peaceful

A good place to be in if exploring this part of the coast. The Appartment is in the middle of five, so the windows face front and back, backside is towards the hill and shady. The terrace is spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. Contact to host Valentina very reliable and helpful. Car can be parked directly behind the house in the shadow of some trees which is very valuable. WIFI very stable and reliable. Local recommendations very helpful. The pool is very nice, access is across the street in front in the neighbouring compound. Minor improvements: - more electric sockets in the kitchen, so there is no need to plug-in and unplug when using microwave oven and coffee maker at the same time - hot water has to be manually heated, heater is shut off after one hour

Lovely house and swimming pool in beautiful Ricadi

We stayed here for 1 week with 3 children aged 6, 10 and 13. The house is very well equipped for self-catering and has 3 nice bedrooms. The shared pool is lovely - good for all ages and always able to find a sun lounger to use. Everywhere very clean and well looked after. Valentina was incredibly helpful regarding shopping, restaurants and beaches etc and was in contact throughout our stay. The beach isn’t far but it’s a steep climb home - we took a torch at night so feel safe on the road side. Ricadi is a lovely place with a couple of restaurants and a sandy beach. We drove to visit Tropea and boat excursions available to the volcanic islands and Sicily. A really great find on the Coast of the Gods!

Amazing holidays - Capo Vaticano took our hearts

Casa di Ale is located in a great spot from where it’s possible to enjoy the fantastic view of the Santa Maria bay while having breakfast, enjoying lunch or having a nice dinner on the generous patio/front garden. The villa is ideal for families and friends that are aiming to have a relaxing holiday without giving up to the buzz of the social life anyway. The villa is kept in perfect conditions, fully furnished with all comforts (including air con in the living room, ventilators, TV, DVD player, stereo, etc) including plenty of generous communal areas that adults and kids could really use for barbecues and/or outside games. Adults can enjoy the fantastic communal swimming pools while kids can play with other kids in the big communal area or just swim in the safe kids pool. Valentina is very kind and let us feeling wonderfully during our stay by accommodating few 'last minute' requests we had. I'll highly recommend “A casa di Ale"

Fantastica - molto calorosa, molto pulita, arredata con gusto, con una magnifica vista (si può anche vedere lo Stromboli in tempo sereno) la disponibilità della piscina è una garanzia di divertimento, specialmente per chi ha dei bambini. Dista pochi chilometri da Tropea da dove si può raggiungere le Isole Eolie con mini crociere. E’ sicuramente consigliata per una piacevole vacanza.
