Un tugurio cadente e puzzolente, proprietario convinto che sia una cosa normale! Pessima esperienza.
Arrivati in struttura dopo avere atteso il proprietario, rimaniamo scioccati nel vedere aprire la porta della catapecchia adiacente alla macchina (pensavo fosse uno scherzo), la casa dall’esterno infatti sembra una di quelle strutture abbandonate all’incuria, gli infissi riparati con la carta adesiva ma ancora pieni di buchi e le maniglie d’interni adattate al portone (male) non preludevano nulla di buono, entrando dentro la situazione peggiora, l’odore inebriante di muffa misto alle trecce di cipolle ha lo stesso effetto di un pugno in un occhio ma le condizioni di igiene e lo stato degli impianti sono la cosa che ci ha fatto desistere dal passare la notte in quel posto lugubre e malmesso, se contiamo gli impianti elettrici del secolo scorso completi di interruttori rotti triple riparate alla meglio col nastro adesivo (male) e la tanichetta dell’acqua modello disagio idrico non ci spieghiamo ancora come sia possibile nel 2018 pensare di offrire un appartamento che versa in queste condizioni, non contando i mobili fatiscenti e i quadri agghiaccianti, avremmo dovuto dire da subito che l’appartamento non ci piaceva e scappare all’istante da lì ma tutti quanti noi ci siamo sentiti in imbarazzo per la situazione e abbiamo optato per cercare un’altra struttura, abbiamo quindi chiesto l’indomani il rimborso dei giorni rimanenti e con una scusa del tipo dammi l’iban che a settembre ti rimborso ci ha liquidato allegramente. Descritto la nostra esperienza mi spiace soltanto non potete allegare le foto, lascio a voi la decisione di procedere o meno con questo appartamento, se doveste decidere di alloggiare buona fortuna!
