The chalet is divided into 2 apartments. The 4 1/2 apartment for rent includes: On the ground floor: closed kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Outside: barbecue, table, lawn, shed to store skis in winter and deckchairs in summer ... The parking place is approx. 80 m. Please note, it is not possible to arrive with the car in front of the chalet. Stop for the shuttle bus in winter nearby and possibility of arriving by ski to the chalet. Starting point for many walks throughout the Valais throughout the year and a stone's throw from the Verbier ski resort.

Perfect chalet on a budget. Idyllic setting, loved having fresh snowfall and stunning views of the mountains whilst preparkng breakfast. Everything is well explained before your arrival, had no problems finding the chalet and it was a perfect location for what I needed. Access is difficult and impossible without a car although this is well warned beforehand so you know what youre letting yourself in for. I wouldnt have been able to move my luggage to the chalet without my friends help. Everything in the chalet is clean and well set out so you can set things up for yourself (wifi router in a little box ready to plug in). Beautiful shower room with strong pressure and beautifully hot water. Beautiful fireplace. All round a great value stay. Communication with the host is perfect, thank you.

Ein insgesamt toll gelegenes Haus auf 1530 m Höhe, so dass die Sommerhitze angenehm zu ertragen war. Schöne Umgebung zum sofort loswandern. Schöne Landschaft/Ausblicke, ruhig gelegen - nur öfter Lärm durch Landwirtschaft und Baumaßnahmen in Neubau-Chalets drumherum. Leider ist der in den Fotos angezeigte Panorama-Blick auf die hohen Gebirgszüge inzwischen durch einen Neubau eines Chalets halb zugestellt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist praktisch, aber inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen: Liegestühle sind abgenutzt, Sonnenschirme alt/löchrig, an der Treppe im Haus lösen sich Stolperleisten, WLAN fiel tlw. aus. Um das Haus herum unaufgeräumte Baumaterial- und Holzreste. Aus der Beschreibung nicht zu entnehmen war, dass es sich nur um die Hauptwohnung im Haus handelte, da es noch im hinteren Teil des Hauses eine weitere, vermietete Einliegerwohnung gibt. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin per Mail, war persönlich nicht anwesend.

Je me permets de vous répondre sur plusieurs points :
- il est clairement mentionné sur l'annonce que c'est un chalet à 2 appartements et que seul un appartement de 4 1/2 pièces qui est loué.
- et oui durant l'été, il est normal dans une région comme la nôtre d'avoir des bruits de travaux agricoles afin que l'entretien des prés se fasse correctement.
- un chalet a été construit effectivement cette année à côté. Les photos vont être mises à jour
- le matériel vieillissant va être changé par contre le matériel pour la terrasse est neuf.
Chalet propre, cosy et bien équipé sans fioritures. Belle vue, et jardinetr sympa. En hiver, l'endroit est fort à l'ombre. Un seul WC, dans la salle de bain. Principal point d'attention: un accès difficile, surtout pour les bagages (+/- 100 en pente vers le parking, donc glissant et si on prévoit de la neige, chaines indispensables).

Chalet au calme mais difficile d’accès !
Accessibilité au chalet très difficile, en pente et sur la glace! Impossible d’aller ou de revenir au chalet « ski au pieds » comme annoncé! Sinon, joli petit chalet fonctionnel pour une famille, c’était top de pouvoir faire un feu le soir!

Die Wohnung war klasse, das Bad neu renoviert. Es war bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine, die zwar im Prospekt stand und einer nicht vorhandenen Badewanne alles gut. Die Müllentsorgung war schwierig und auch das runter bzw. hochtragen des Gespäcks beschwerlich. Die Abfahrt zum Haus trotz Schnee fast nicht zu schaffen und den Weg runter zum Bus haben wir nicht gefunden, da Zäune und Harschschnee waren. Dh jeden Tag mit dem Auto. Ketten sind ohne Allrad Pflicht. Wir waren mit Familie und es war behaglich und ausreichend,
