Surrounded by greenery and located within the gated Geremeas Country Club residence, this villa is perfect for families with children. Fully equipped and recently renovated, it offers comfort and tranquility just a short walk from the sea.
The villa is just 300 meters from the beach, easily reachable on foot through direct private access from the residence. It is conveniently located along the scenic coastal road to Villasimius, only 20 km from both Cagliari and Villasimius.
Inside, the villa features a spacious living room with kitchen and air conditioning, two air-conditioned double bedrooms, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, as well as a heated outdoor shower. The private garden includes two parking spaces reserved for guests.
Amenities include bed linen and towels, LCD TV, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi connection (180 MB per month), hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a mobile barbecue. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
From mid-June to mid-September, the residence offers a small market, bar-restaurant/pizzeria, tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, and a children's playground. During July and August, the beach is equipped with sunbed and umbrella rental services.

Belle maison proche de la plage!

Très bon accueil par alessandro, qui nous a expliqué et montré tout le country! Eau fraîche et boisson au frigo a notre arrivée, cela est très appréciable! La maison est comme décrite dans l annonce, proche de la mer et dans un country fermé! Le petit truc en plus qui serait pratique, surtout avec des enfants ce serait d avoir du gazon et non de la terre a côté de la terrasse...!!! Sinon tout était parfait! Merci pour tout! Nous avons passé de belles vacances! Au plaisir d'y revenir!José et famille

TUTTO PERFETTO

Abbiamo soggiornato per 16 giorni presso il Giardino di Olimpia, vacanza fantastica, tutto corrisponde alla descrizione, bellezza e comodità del posto. La casa è super accessoriata e dotata di ogni comfort, "le cose giuste al posto giusto", per un soggiorno senza pensieri. Eravamo 4 adulti e 5 bambini (2 famiglie), non ci è mancato davvero nulla. Ognuno godeva del proprio spazio date le ampie dimensioni, acqua calda per tutti, giardino con giochi per bambini e relax per adulti, ventilatori a soffitto al pt, aria condizionata al 1° piano. Ideale per due nuclei famigliari perché dispone di due zone notte separate, ciascuna con due camere e un bagno. Doccia esterna calda comodissima. Vicinanza al mare: sono veramente 5 minuti ed il mare è bellissimo. Residence molto tranquillo con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, presenti market, bar e ristorante/pizzeria. Emanuela gentile e disponibile, non è stato necessario contattarla durante il soggiorno poichè non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema. Una bella vacanza, da consigliare a chi cerca tranquillità, comodità e mare splendido.

Absolutely amazing house!

We had a fantastic long weekend in this beautiful villa. All about it was great! Very spacious inside and outside. The house is kept immaculate but still has plenty of personality. Fans and Air con units nearly everywhere, even outside! It was only four of us staying but the house can very easily host more people. Being on two floors it can host two families. Comfortable beds, plenty of linen and towels if you need them. There are two bathrooms inside, but the best is the shower area outside: hot shower if needed, in a discrete area of the garden, fully equipped with anything you need. The garden is big, great for barbeques and great for kids as there are plenty of toys and games available. The kitchen is more equipped than any kitchen I've ever seen on a summer vacation with any type of appliances, pans, plates, glasses and anything else you might need. The host is great, ready to help with anything in the house, and good tips on what to do nearby! The villa is located less than 5 minutes walk to the beach! The place is very secure as it is open only to residents who have to park in their own drive. No cars around, only bikes, scooter or feet. There is a small supermarket and an pizzeria/bar area, very useful if you don't want to cook and quite reasonable. We went exploring the beaches on the cost nearby: crystal clear water and sandy beaches ...not even in the Caribbean you get the same diversity of blue! We can't wait to book for next year! Don't hesitate, book your vacation and rent this house! Rossella It was a shame we were there only for a few days, we'll definitely go back for a longer vacation. When you will see the place you will know what I mean.

stupenda vacanza di relax

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia nel mese di luglio. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo sotto ogni aspetto. La descrizione offerta è dettagliata e fedelissima alla realtà. È completa di tutto e tutto in ottimo stato e qualità. Spiaggia stupenda 5 minuti a piedi attraverso un parco di eucalipti. Silenzio e tranquillità. Ampi e comodi spazi esterni. La proprietaria signora Emanuela ci ha accolto puntualmente con cordialità e lasciandoci preziosi consigli. Una cosa da aggiungere alla descrizione è la recente apertura di un market all'interno del residence molto utile per la spesa di tutti i giorni con frutta e verdura locali. Straconsigliata! Noi ci torneremo presto!!!!

Vacanze senza pensieri

La villa della signora Emanuela è la risposta a chi cerca una soluzione che ti permetta di vivere la tua vacanza al mare senza il minimo pensiero: splendida la struttura, ampi gli spazi sia esterni che interni, bello e tranquillo il contesto in cui si trova. La villa si trova all'interno di un residence signorile e molto tranquillo ed è in una posizione ideale sia per chi si vuole spostare da una spiaggia all'altra, sia per chi non intende muoversi per l'intero periodo del soggiorno (l'acceso alla spiaggia di Geremeas è a soli 300 metri a piedi). La Villa è attrezzatissima ed Emanuela, la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile. Soggiorno spesso in case affittate online ma di rado, come in questo caso, posso dire che sia quanto dichiarato nella descrizione della villa che le foto dell'annuncio, corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Quindi, zero rischi di cattive sorprese. Noi e i nostri amici contiamo di ritornarci quanto prima.
