Tucked away in Deal’s charming Old Town, the house enjoys a wonderfully peaceful setting while still being only steps from the vibrant high street, where you’ll find independent shops, fantastic cafés, and a wide choice of excellent restaurants. One of Number 5’s standout features is its private off-street parking for one car — a real rarity and huge bonus in the town centre, where parking can be limited and costly. If you’re arriving with a second vehicle, there is also a residents’ car park directly behind the property, available if space permits. Inside, the house is bright, welcoming and thoughtfully equipped for guests of all ages. The cottage was great. It was very comfortable and a good size for 4 adults. It was very clean and had really good facilities.Communication with Clare, the host, was brilliant and it was very easy to check in and to check out. A great location with good restaurants only 10 mins walk as was the sea front.We really enjoyed our stay and happily return.
A lovely place to stay. The property was clean, well-equipped, well-maintained and perfectly located for a weekend away with friends or family. Clare was extremely responsive and helpful and the check-in was easy.

This property was just what we wanted. Very clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Maybe a couple of games like Scrabble or backgammon would add to possibilities when it is raining. Can’t wait to be stay there again.
Had a lovely stay here, the property has everything you need and is perfectly positioned within easy reach of the beach, bars, shops, restaurants and the Saturday market. Easy check in, check out process. Would recommend.
Excellent property, nd perfect location. My only gripe was in the family bathroom, details said shower. Yes there was one but it didn't have a shower rail . So not quite a functioning upstairs shower. Thats it everything else was lovely and all Credit to the owner. Thank you so much We will be back .
The house had everything you need and some nice additional touches. Location is perfect.. a few minutes walk to the beach, and located on the high street but very quiet end so no noise at all. Would definitely recommend!
I grew up in Deal, then moved away for a while before returning to start my family. I have two children aged 17 and 20. I decided to do holiday lets in this property as it is a great location and Deal is a delightful place to visit. I live with my family in Deal, I am a teacher in a local secondary school.

The property is really central and close to the beach, everything is within walking distance. It also has the added bonus of parking which is rare in this part of the town. The house has a small, garden that is a real sun trap.
