Beautiful spacious house, 150m², with south facing terrace, pleasant garden, quiet.
The house is located 10min from the port of Vannes, 10min from the pier to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan and 25 min from the beaches of Carnac.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential.
The house can accommodate 6 people; it consists of 3 bedrooms with double bed (possibility to add an umbrella bed) & closets.
Ground floor: Entrance - 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room - WC - Large kitchen open to living room and sitting room - laundry room (washing machine, dryer)
Floor: Bathroom with bath, shower and 3 washbasins - 2 bedrooms - mezzanine with games for children.
Garden of 700m ² with swing - Terrace in wood - Garden furniture, deckchairs.
The rate includes a cleaning fee of 60 €.
The house is completely NON-SMOKING.
Our adorable cat will accompany your stay.
