Immersed in an area of natural greenery, the apartment has been organized so as to create a comfortable, functional and relaxing environment. The apartment of this elegant residence has a well-equipped bathroom, living room and kitchen area equipped with a set of cookware, a complete set of dishes and a bedroom. Each apartment is equipped with comforts such as TV, air conditioning-heat pump, fridge, WI-FI .. Those staying overnight can use the swimming pool for free (outdoor swimming pool available only in summer from May to mid-September) equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs and relax in the whirlpool corner. At about 800 meters from the Residence there are the splendid beaches of Arenella. At 11km from the historic center of Syracuse, Ortigia is a UNESCO heritage site and from the fascinating Greek Theater of Syracuse. Ideal place also for those who want to visit all eastern Sicily.
