San Pedro Large Luxury Villa on Real Club de Golf Guadalmina
Welcome to 621 Guadalmina Alta – a large luxury villa on the south course of Real Club de Golf Guadalmina. Recently refurbished to a high standard, with a fabulous open plan distribution of large living and dining areas leading out through patio doors to a wonderful covered terrace over- looking the private pool and gardens. This secure villa is ideal for family and golfing holidays.
*The Property*
Extending to 290 sq m (3,100 sq. ft) with a 50 sq m (540 covered terrace, tastefully decorated with marble floors throughout. Guadalmina Alta offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere just 5 mins walk to the many local shops, supermarkets, bars and top restaurants in Guadalmina. The Golf Clubhouse is also only 5 mins walk.
All four large bedrooms have a private ensuite bathroom.
Satellite Box, Sky Movies, Sports Channels and All UK TV Channels on large flat screen TV in main lounge area. Wifi
For home dining, the villa features a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons including American style fridge/freezer. The large outdoor terrace has a large dining table, chairs and a barbecue.

With direct access to the 1st Fairway & Tee on the South Course, this property offers the ultimate convenience for golfers. The Real Club de Golf Guadalmina has two 18 hole courses (North and South) and a 9 hole pitch & putt.
Paseo Maritimo of San Pedro with its beautiful beach and many restaurants is a mere 5 mins drive away, where you will find ample free parking at the seafront for that day on the beach. The world renowned Puerto Banus is 10 mins away.

Gorgeous villa, fab stay
We have just got back from 8 days in this beautiful villa. There were 6 adults and 2 children, and we had loads of space. The lounge as you walk in is huge....and the view out of the patio doors into the garden are lovely. There are 2 suites with large bedroom, bath and shower and then 2 smaller double rooms with ensuite shower rooms. It would be perfect for 2 families with children with one large and one smaller bedroom on each floor.
The swimming pool was fab, just the right size for us and enough loungers for everyone.
You are situated just over a mile from the nearest beach if you wanted to walk there, and a 10 minute drive from Puerto Banus, but if you are happy laying by a pool, you could get away without a car, as there is a lovely parade of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a big very reasonably priced supermarket on your doorstep for buying food for the gas BBQ.
We loved staying at this villa and would used it again. Carmen our contact was super helpful and guided us in when we got lost trying to find the villa.
