Located in Javea, Villa Maracuya is a beautiful 6-bedroom villa with a private pool where you can make the most of those hot, sunny days.

The villa consists of 2 levels, in the lower part we have the kitchen open to the living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Upstairs there are another 4 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The villa is only a 5-minute drive from the lively bars and restaurants of Jávea and the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, a popular Blue Flag beach.

The Tossalet area, a very quiet area a few kilometers from Javea. From this town we can access each and every one of the coves of Javea, which are all worth visiting and being able to observe the diversity that nature offers us.

Good sized villa but on busy road

Villa was of a good size and has aircon (at a charge) throughout. However, aircon does not work at all in the main front bedroom, which was really really horrific in the august weather (guess who got that bedroom!). location was as expected when we booked but it is on a very busy road with no pavement so it is either a quick danger walk to the beach or a very meandering walk down lots of sidestreets that takes a lot longer. I think you ideally want to have a car if you are staying there, esp since key collection and drop off is not walking distance. For the money we spent we would have expected some more basics, e.g. loo roll, dishwaster tablets, washing up liquid etc. Would probably go elsewher enext time as the villa is expensive for what it is. That said, a nice time was had by all.

Agradecemos sus comentarios que sirven siempre para mejorar nuestro servicio y nos alegramos que hayan podido disfrutar de sus vacaciones. En respuesta general en relación a el aire acondicionado está incluido dependiendo del tipo de contrato o portal donde lo reserve (pregúntenos) y que de fallar por algún motivo enviamos al técnico para su reparación. Si que es verdad que por la situación de la villa recomendamos tener vehículo propio, ya que la playa más cercana - Cala Blanca de Jávea - se encuentra a 1.4 km y que puede accederse por caminos secundarios con poco transito (pregunte a su llegada) y que para realizar la compras o bajar a la playa de el Arenal de Jávea la distancia es mayor (aconsejamos siempre ir calles secundarias)

La Villa esta muy bien distribuida, muy cuidada, nos han tratado como siempre en BTB muy bien, cualquier problema que hemos tenido nos lo han resuelto muy rápido gran servicio. Faltaría una ducha en la piscina o algún lugar para quitarse la arena antes de entrar en la piscina, y el gresite faltan y están deteriorados, el menaje de la cocina tendrían que renovarlo esta todo muy usado.

EL TAMAÑO DE LA CASA ES MUY BUENO COMO LA FIANZA SE DESCUENTA INMEDIATAMENTE, LA DEVOLUCION TAMBIEN DEBERIA SERLO. HA PASADO UNA SEMANA Y AUN NO LA HE RECIBIDO. AGILICENLO
