Detached villa of recent construction, with large outdoor areas, on two levels, large living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms, one double and another with two single beds upstairs. Large veranda with sofa and teak table with a splendid view, patio with outdoor shower set in the rock, double parking space. The villa has excellent finishes, a very nice furniture and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms.

La maison est située dans le consortium de Costa Paradiso et donc il faut prendre sa voiture tous les jours pour aller à la plage (environ 25 minutes). Depuis la terrasse, il y a une magnifique vue sur la mer mais les guêpes, les moustiques et parfois les sangliers rendent l'usage de la terrasse très aléatoire. L'annonce prévoit la fourniture du linge mais le propriétaire facture cette prestation. Le lave-vaisselle a été en panne pendant tout le séjour et cela n'a pas gêné le propriétaire qui par ailleurs s'est montré inflexible sur les dates d'arrivées et de départ peu compatibles avec les horaires de bateaux. La vaisselle mis à disposition est très abimée et largement insuffisante. Aucun Wifi dans la maison et peu d’eau chaude.
