About this property

At 300 meters from the sea, large and comfortable single villa with 200 square meters of covered, large garden with pine forest and sea view.

The villa - on two floors - consists of two large living rooms, 5 bedrooms (3 doubles), two bathrooms, kitchen and panoramic verandas with relaxing sofas.
There is a kitchen equipped with a microwave, fans and a washing machine, as well as mountain bikes and garden furniture.

The villa is a few meters from the sea, in a green area and near the bus stop for Quartu and Cagliari. Nearby beaches, services about 1 kilometer away.

Excellent for families and groups who want to relax, go to the beach and visit Sardinia. We do not rent for parties.

N. B. Linen available only on request, euro 17 per person (+5 euro deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay). The linen - kit sheet / pillowcase / 2 towels - you pay on arrival.

Casa comodissima in ottima posizione. Padroni di cass gentili e disponibili.

I padroni di casa sono stati gentili e disponibili. La casa è comoda e spaziosa ma un po’ trascurata, il giardino pieno di cicche di sigarette tappini della birra e arnesi è un po’ triste. Il forno non funziona e la griglia cade a pezzi. Bellissimi i bagni appena ristrutturati. La posizione è ottima per chi vuol visitare il sud della Sardegna.
