Close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Torre delle Stelle. We lived so close to the beach, that was perfect with kids. Also we really liked the surrounding of the villa with a very nice solar shower. The kitchen could be a bit bigger and the interior of the villa was quite old. But Alberto was a really friendly owner and all in all we had a great week! Thanks a lot to Alberto ☺️

Das ist Urlaub

Die Villa ist geräumig und für eine Reisegruppe geeignet. Wir waren mit bis zu 8 Erwachsenen hier.Praktisch sind die 3 Duschbäder bei so vielen Personen. Die Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, ein großer Vorteil bei heissen Temperaturen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Da wir gerne kochen hatten wir eigene Küchenutensilien dabei, wie verschiedene Messer, Pfannenwender etc.Das größte Plus ist die Lage. Es sind nur max. 100 m zum Strand. Da kann man jederzeit kurz zum Schwimmen gehen und danach im Gartenliegen. Sonntags war es am Strand immer voll, aber dank des kurzen Weges konnten wir uns im Garten aufhalten. Alberto ist ein toller Gastgeber. Immer freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Anfragen.

Genau durchlesen

Pro: Die Lage vom Haus ist top, zum Strand sind es wirklich nur wenige Meter. Der Strand ist perfekt, es gibt Wassersport Angebote, ein Bootsverleih und eine Strandbar. Vom Haus , 5–7 Minuten entfernt, ist ein Supermarkt ein Café und Restaurant, einfach klasse. Das Haus hat vorne und hinten eine Terrasse mit viel Platz. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und wirklich hilfsbereit. Kontra: Es gibt einen Grill aber die Gitter sind alle dreckig und verrostet, einfach nicht zu gebrauchen. Es hängen Bilder im Haus, die kaputt sind und einfach mit Tesafilm geklebt. Eine Toilette oben ist hinter einem Zimmer also wirklich nur für die Personen die davor schlafen zu benutzen. ebenso sie Toulette im Anchluss an das Zimmer im Keller. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, im Sommer geht das glaube ich gar nicht, war im September schon grenzwertig. Aber was gar nicht ging sind die Betten, das hat mit Urlaub und Erholung nichts zu tun. Extrem durchgelegene Matratzen und Lattenroste waren bei fast allen Betten der Horror. Nach einer Woche habe ich dann entdeckt das die Matratze verschimmelt war. In den Duschen hat nicht eine Brause vvernünftigf g ffff gehalten.

Das Haus ist echt nah am Meer. Man braucht also am Meer so gut wie keine liegen oder sonst was kann direkt in Badeshorts kurz ins Meer hüpfen dort die schöne Bucht genießen mit türkisblauem Warmen Wasser. Der einzige minus an diesem Haus ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage hat. Da es im August richtig heiß ist. Über 32° jeden Tag auch nachts 30.

Urlaub mit Gruppe

Sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus. Nur 150m zum schönen Sandstrand mit Strandbar und Bootsverleih. Gastgeber Alberto ist freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt's Restaurant, Tabakwaren, Café und Supermarkt. Viel Schatten, im Hochsommer sehr willkommen. Wir waren Anfang Juni hier. Und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The property is big convenient and located 50m from one of the best beaches os Sardinia. Contacts with Alberto were very easy. We are used to travel to Italy, that s one of our best experience!

Perfekte Unterkunft im Süden

Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 6 Kindern (2-10) und einfach nur begeistert. Ein unglaublich netter Gastgeber. Großes , eingezäuntes Haus, alles da was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand war perfekt ☺️

War eine schöne Woche .Das Haus war sauber mit 2 schõnen ūberdachten Terrassen .zum schõnen Strand mit klarem Wasser sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Lebensmittel und Restaurant ca 5min. Alberto der Vermieter ist ein Freundlicher,netter Mann.Uns hat es sehr gefallen und jederzeit wieder Kommen. 👌👍👍

Strandnah und für viele Menschen geeignet

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit Alberto, sauber und gut ausgestattete Küche für viele Menschen, viele Schlafzimmer, viele Mücken (also Mückenzeug mitnehmen) drei Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, was sehr angenehm war - innen etwas düster ausgestattet und altmodisch, etwas nachlässig. Da wir vor allem am Strand und draußen waren, war dies aber zu vernachlässigen.

Tolle Lage am Meer

Unbezahlbar ist die wunderbare Lage 50m zum Strand. Das Objekt hat eine perfekte Größe für zwei Familien (inkl ganz langer Hofauffahrt), ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, teils etwas modriger Geruch in den Schlafräumen. 2 Bäder neu renoviert. Super: einige Spielsachen, Babybett, Hochstuhl, Gartenliegen, … vor Ort! Alberto ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - hat sogar bei Haus-Fremden Themen versucht, zu helfen. Der Ort ist hübsch anzusehen da sich die Häuschen schön in die Landschaft einfügen, hat allerdings keinen Ortskern (Ort wurde erst in den 60ern gebaut) Der Einkaufslisten inkl Fischladen, gut sortierter Käse-und Wursttheke sowie Pizzeria sind gleich ums Eck.

Se non vuoi avere problemi di parcheggio al mare questa casa è la scelta giusta

La casa in questione è un'ottima soluzione sotto diversi punti di vista: - sono presenti tanti posti letto e divisibili su più camere - ci sono tre bagni con docce più una doccia esterna (anche se quest'ultima necessiterebbe di un sistema di scolo dell'acqua) - è presente un bel giardinetto curato, in più nel vialetto si possono parcheggiare diverse auto (consigliamo la potatura delle piante che sporgono direttamente sul vialetto) - la posizione è ottima, in 2 minuti a piedi sei in spiaggia; certamente la strada per arrivare alla casa potrebbe e dovrebbe essere messa a posto ma certamente non è di competenza del proprietario - sono presenti più spazi esterni nei quali poter mangiare - la cucina è piccola ma ben equipaggiata - il proprietario è gentile e sempre pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi

Torre delle stelle

Posto logisticamente perfetto per chi ama il mare, la villa si trova a due passi da una bella spiaggia poco affollata, la posizione permette di raggiungere in poco tempo altre calette molto belle. La villa, ampia all'interno, gli spazi esterni sono ben curati e arredati, ti permettono di cenare e trascorrere serate al fresco. Il complesso dove si trova la villa offre diversi servizi, quali market e farmacia e altro. Alberto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Consigliatissima.

Ældre villa og ældre inventar. Stille og rolig beliggenhed meget tæt på stranden.

En ældre villa - med en masse indhold. Vi fandt altid det vi lige stod og skulle bruge. Der er et dejligt supermarked indenfor kort afstand, så vi kunne lave mad selv, når vi ikke spiste ude. Vi nød haven og de 2 terrasser udenfor huset. Da huset lå så tæt på stranden, kunne vi smutte hjem, hvis vi trængte til skygge eller noget koldt at drikke.

Perfekt für Familien! Nur 30m zum schönen Strand!

Gemütliches, großes Haus mit vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bädern, viel Geschirr, Spielzeug und Handtüchern. Terrasse vor und hinter dem Haus, außerdem großer gepflegter Garten. Vermieter Alberto sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Torre delle Stelle!

Vacanza ideale in compagnia o con bambini

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa , i due portici e il barbecue sono un valore aggiunto, ma anche la vicinanza dal mare, market vicinissimo, due ristoranti a pochi passi, farmacia a circa un km, bar-ristorante a 100 m x aperitivi o cene affacciati al mare, ottima la doccia esterna , l'ampio giardino dove poter giocare o far correre bambini, ricordarsi solo di fornirsi di zampironi e autan, nel complesso la consiglierei a chiunque, proprietario molto disponibile e cortese . Spero di tornarci!!

"We were so pleased with ...

"We were so pleased with the accommodations here! So kid-friendly! The location, just 50 meters from the beach was just perfect! The house was clean, spacious and had a large front garden which was great for the kids to run around and play in. We also loved the many options for outdoor eating as a large group of nine people...back terrace, front terrace and front garden. The surrounding area was quiet and felt remote...perfect for a relaxing vacation! Pizzeria restaurant & supermarket both within walking distances. The owner was very friendly & helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay!!"
