Overall and pleasant stay and right by a gorgeous waterfront path. However, a few things to note. Parking wasn’t as advertised (definitely not two spots) and was in a very tight lot shared with other tenants. Communication was passed from the online host to a local contact who was lovely, but it made things less smooth. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and required frequent logins. We also needed extra bedding mid-stay and had to pay extra for someone to come unlock the linen closet. On top of the nightly rate, the cleaning and linen fees felt steep.

Sehr schönes Haus & extrem nette Gastgeber

Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man findet Bücher, Reiseführer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Spül- & Waschmaschine, ... Dominique & Luc sind sehr sympathisch, erklären alles genau und halten sich an Absprachen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un excellent week end à Cancale e ses alentours. Le gite est parfait. Emplacement, confort, déco. Il ne manquait rien pour se ressourcer et passer un agréable moment.

Hervorragend

Wir sind als Familie (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) angereist. Das Haus entsprach absolut der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es ist wunderschön und nur ein paar Fussminuten vom Meer und Ortskern entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit unseren freundlichen Gastgebern war unkompliziert. Wir werden die Bretagne bestimmt erneut besuchen und können den Ort und das Haus (es gibt noch 2 weitere) sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Tout est bien pensé, propre, les pièces sont agréables. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil des propriétaires. Merci encore pour toutes les petites choses qui peuvent dépanner quand on en a oublié.

Wohlfühloase in einem der schönsten Orte der Bretagne

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Steinhaus ist für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und 1 Hund) perfekt gewesen. Genug Platz, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut zum Wohlfühlen! Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und sogar einen Kamin. Die Tatsache, dass es nur ein Bad mit einer Toilette gibt, hat uns in den Ferien nicht gestört. Die Straße ist ruhig, am Ortsrand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer und dem Sentier des Douanier gelegen, über den man auf atemberaubende Weise sowohl in den Norden als auch in kurzer Zeit in den Ort und Hafen von Cancale laufen kann. Die Hausübergabe war absolut problemlos, die Vermieterin Dominique ist eine sehr nette und sehr herzliche Frau, die uns zu Beginn alles gut erklärt hat und bei Problemen (die es zum Glück nicht gab) auch immer zu erreichen gewesen wäre. Wir sind sehr sehr glücklich aus diesen Ferien nach Hause gekommen und würden uns freuen, wieder einmal im "Big Island" Urlaub machen zu können!

Schöne Unterkunft für Ausflüge in die Bretagne

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ortsrand von Cancale. Zum Ortskern sind es rund 10 - 15 Gehminuten, ein Badestrand ( Plage du Port Briac) ist ähnlich nah. Das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, auch in der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Eine Gästemappe mit allerlei Wissenswertem rundet das Ganze ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très agréable séjour

Très bon emplacement : endroit calme et pourtant tout proche de la ville, la base de départ idéale pour faire de belles balades sur le sentier des Douaniers. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son professionnalisme, son écoute et ses conseils très judicieux

Excellent Sejour a Cancale

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans cette location: acceuil parfait, deco soignee et nous n'avons manque de rien (cuisine tres bien equipee). L'emplacement est strategique: petite rue calme mais a seulement 15min a pied d'une petite plage familiale ou nos enfants ont pu pecher et explorer les flaques, et 15min a pied du centre ville (petit supermarche, boulangerie et boutiques). Nous recommandons sans hesitation!
