Paris (75012). In a quiet dead end, close to the metro Daumesnil (line 8) and the Porte Dorée, 150 meters from the street Daumesnil, the zoo Vincennes, in secure building, furnished studio of 20 m2 on the ground floor.

Sleeping corner with convertible bedding daily, kitchenette with, induction hob, hood, microwave and oven pyrolysis, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, desk, flat screen tv, internet, telephone. Crockery, towels and sheets provided.

Real bathroom with shower and toilet.


This cozy and homely ground-floor apartment, in a calm no-thru road, fully renovated in 2014, is situated near the Vincennes Park & Zoo, next door to both underground stations (Michel BIZOT and Porte Dorée: line N ° 8) .
It is suitable for 2 adults and tastefully furnished with a sofa-bed, desk, table, modern TV set, Internet & WI-FI, telephone, and all modern conveniences (fridge, deep fridge, pyrolysis oven, MW oven, kettle, coffee -pot, induction hob)

Studio :Oui. Neuf: Non. Equipé de tout confort: Non. Studio minuscule: radiateur mural qui tombe dés qu'on ouvre un tiroir de cuisine..Attention, en sortant de la salle de douche de ne pas se cogner la tête à l'angle d'un placard , ni de se prendre les pieds dans la ferraille du canapé lit. Vieux canapé lit à ressort qui fait la cuvette au milieu du lit.

ce studio a été refait à neuf en 2016 et est entièrement équipé de tout le confort nécessaire. Il n'est pas minuscule et est aux dimensions mentionnées sur l'annonce à savoir 20 m2 et pas 200 m2. Le radiateur électrique a été endommagé par l'ancien locataire, mais le problème a été résolu depuis. Le convertible date de septembre 2016, il est donc pratiquement neuf. Ce convertible fait peut-être cuvette si forte corpulence. Locataire désordonnée et pas propre.
