The apartment is new construction 2015.
It has good quality Wi-Fi, TV satellite and community jacuzzi for the 7 apartments that contains the building.
It also has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hairdryer and utensils.

The 2 bedrooms apartment with balcony occupies part of the second floor. It has a room with double bed and other with two single beds. There is a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more persons.
The area where the apartment is located is very quiet. It has the best part of the beach which is just a few steps from the apartment as it is wide and natural.
You can enjoy a short walk that takes you to the center of roses without using the car.
* There is an internal parking in the building to share with other guests. You should check the availability of space before entering. But normally there is no problem to find a free parking space near the building.
** Bed linen and shower towels are included, but we don't do changes during the stay.

* There is a tourist tax supplement (1€ per person per night) that is charged upon arrival.
