Located 3 km from the sea, near Veules Les Roses, in a peaceful village, charming house of 200m2, functional and well arranged with garden of 1000m2 without joint ownership. Large living room with beautiful fireplace, large kitchen / dining room with wood stove: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine. Barbecue and table tennis table.
4 bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Sheets and towels are not provided.

Beaucoup de choses ne vont pas dans cette maison Les portes des toilettes ne ferment pas à clé ni les portes des chambres Rénovation de ´la maison très mal faite la propreté n’en parlons pas …. Un frigo rempli de denrées laissées par les locataires précédents et le frigo pas nettoyé….. La salle de bains du réz de chaussée n’est pas top et les toilettes!!!!!!!!n’en parlons pas ! Je ne recommanderai pas cette location Pour le prix on s’attendait vraiment à autre chose

Vraiment au calme

Propriété vraiment au calme, un critère essentiel pour nous, sans vis à vis. La maison est bien aménagée, spacieuse, agréable. L'équipement cuisine est plus que satisfaisant. C'est une maison faite pour y vivre et pas seulement pour louer. Dans le jardin, il y a un magnifique saule. Très agréable séjour.

Entspannung und Aktivitäten zwischen Land und Meer

Ein altes geschmackvoll renoviertes, gemütliches normannisches Haus mit Stil und tollem Garten lädt ein zum Erholen und langen Abenden bei lecker selbstgekochtem Essen. Martine ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Wir hatten guten Kontakt. Ihre Küche ist super ausgestattet. Man kann drinnen und draußen mit mit vielen Menschen sitzen und sein. Man könnte theoretisch ein halbes Haus den Kindern widmen, aber 8 Erwachsene sind hier auch gut aufgehoben. Die Fotos geben nur bedingt wieder, wie groß und schön das Haus ist! Toll ist die Nähe zu verschiedenen Strandorten und die Möglichkeit auf 1000den kleinen Straßen durch Flachs und Getreide zu radeln oder den GR21 zu wandern. Wir (5 Erwachsene) waren 2 Wochen glücklich und hoch zufrieden mit unserer gemütlichen Oase der Ruhe.
