We have been staying in this place for over 10 years and we absolutely love the location. The property has had minimal improvement and marginal maintenance over the years. We spend all of our time on the lanai with ocean, the sky divers and kite surfers.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was quiet, clean, and it had everything we needed including a comfortable bed. We appreciated the quick and generous resolutions to some issues we had during our stay which increased our confidence in the management of the property. We hope to return here in the near future to continue exploring the peaceful enchantment of the Mokuleia/ Waialua area.

Awesome experience it is on a great side of the island and the customer service was super helpful. No AC, but the temperature was great. I was never hot or cold. Would definitely go back.

Loved the cottage and the location right on the beach. It’s very quiet and everyone very friendly. The pool and the grounds were lovely. However the cottage itself needs some renovations. The tv didn’t work properly. The laundry and bathroom by the office were very dirty. The pool umbrellas also need to be replaced. In spite of all that we love the place and would recommend it and stay there again.

Great house with amazing views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was absolutely beautiful. Right on the water, kept the windows open at night and listened to the waves crashing in. Everything was provided. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, tons of beach towels. The only thing that was provided was personal toiletries. Which was no big deal. It just would’ve been nice to know that we had to bring them. There’s an amazing shower outside. When we got there, there was no electricity to the home. So I called the customer service number and within 10 minutes. Two people had called me back and explained to me that the power was out in the entire town. The customer service was amazing. Cannot wait to go back again.

We were unable to stay at the location due to the evacuation orders given for the recent flooding, however, despite last minute changes given the weather, the host was incredibly responsive and quick to communicate with us.

Great location on the water. Needs updating. All beds terribly uncomfortable. Appliances poor. Kitchen has bare minimums and a mishmash of dishes and glasses.

We stayed here 5 years ago so knew what to expect. Nothing much has changed (it could easily use some updating… newer cookware for on). But with the location and neighbors it is great and we will probably return. Highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was perfect for a base to go snorkling, explore the North Shore and relaxing in the evenings. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was just right. We really enjoyed the proximity to the water. Sunsets were so beautiful. I would stay here again.

Nice ocean side cottage

We really enjoyed being where we could relax. The cottage and the surrounding area was perfect, getting us away from traffic but leaving us easy access to the things we wanted to do. We would definitely rent again if we make it back.

Beach at the doorstep

Whilst the property is aging a little, it is perfect for those who wish to get away to a peaceful and quiet location but still enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean.The property has everything you need and we absolutely loved it!
