The south-facing living room is bright and offers a fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with wood stove. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. A 40m² terrace overlooking a quiet and green pedestrian path. A garden with fruit trees and others. Car park. This house was completely redone in 2010.
