Property composed of 2 houses communicated. Ideal for a large family and is also perfect for those who want to share their holidays with another family. The garden and the pool are common, but each of them has a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry area with total privacy.
It is also perfect for a single family of 6-7 people, in which case, you can rent only one of them with total privacy of the farm (garden, pool, common areas, ...) at 50% of the price of both houses.
Located 150m from the beach and 500m from the town. You can practice water sports, golf and walk through the national park of El Cap de Creus. Near the Dalí Museum, medieval monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Cadaqués and Perelada Casino. The best Michelin star restaurants and nightlife in Rosas and Cadaqués. My accommodation is good for families (with children) and large groups.

Belle maison dans un cadre préservé du tourisme de masse

Ces 2 maisons jumelées sont très bien situées, agréables, propres et fonctionnelles, à quelques pas de belles criques. La piscine, le jardin et la terrasse étaient parfaits pour notre tribu (5 adultes et 5enfants). L’accueil du propriétaire était très bon. A noter: -La propriété comprend seulement 2 salles de bains (au lieu des 4 indiquées sur l’annonce). Mais il y a effectivement 4 wc avec 4 lavabos. -Les maisons sont équipées de la clim seulement sans les séjours. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Das Haus ist neu und schön eingerichtet.Leid3r gibt es paar minus Punkte!Paar Wochen vor unsererUrlaubsanreise hab ich mit der Besitzerin online geschrieben und gefragt ob wir gegen 12uhr schon ins Haus können da wir 2 Kleinkinder hatten die Mittagschlaf machen mussten.Sie hat gemeint das es realistisch gegen 12.30uhr ok wäre.Als wir aber da ankamen wurde erst das Haus geputzt. Bei der Onlinebeschreibung stand das es eine Klimaanlage gibt.Dir gab es auch aber nur im Wohnzimmer und bei der Hitze war es so unangenehm um Schlafzimmern zu schlafen.Dann hat wir gefragt ob es Ventilatoren gibt,wurde mit einem ja geantwortet.War aber nur für 3 Schlafzimmer ein einziges da.

Magnifique maison très bien située

Les deux maisons sont parfaites pour un séjour à plusieurs familles. Elles sont situées dans une impasse et un quartier résidentiel très calme, à 3 minutes à pieds d'un petite plage de cailloux à l'eau cristalline. Elles sont bien équipées (vaisselle, machine à café, jeux de piscine, climatisation au salon mais pas dans les chambres), la literie est bonne, la piscine est grande et le jardin agréable, il y a de l'ombre grâce au magnifique palmier ! Il faut juste savoir qu'il y a 1 wc et 1 wc+baignoire par maison (une douche supplémentaire est en réparation dans une des maison... à suivre !) La propriétaire est très gentille, accueillante et disponible rapidement en cas de problème. Le Port de la Selva est un joli petit village blanc, tranquille, avec 2 supermarchés, quelques boutiques, des restaurants, il fait bon s'y promener mais il contraste avec les grandes stations balnéaires de la côte comme Rosas etc... ! Au centre du village, à 10 minutes à pieds de la maison, il y a une plage de sable mais sans possibilité de louer des chaises longues. On y trouve aussi une base nautique pour louer paddle, kayak etc... En résumé, cette maison est parfaite pour passer de douces et reposantes vacances dans un charmant village... vous pourrez admirer le coucher du soleil tous les soirs et vous ballader sur le beau chemin aménagé qui longe la mer sur plusieurs kilomètres...

Good villa in an amazing location

The villa is in a great location. A very easy walk (2 mins) to the sea and about 10 mins from the main town which has lots of nice bars, restaurants, a larger beach and a couple of supermarkets, etc. In terms of the villa itself the pool was a good size and nice and warm which the children loved. There is also a nice patio for eating outside and is very large. The only issue I would mention is the air conditioning. We thought this was throughout the property and not just in the downstairs living areas. We stayed in August and the weather was very hot and this made upstairs very hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night. Probably not an issue at other times of the year but was for us.

Great location close to beach and village

We enjoyed our vacation in this great location with 13 people. Very modern house with clean pool. We also liked the village very much, because it is not overcrowded and yet it offers everything you need for a nice holiday.

Brilliant house, brilliant town, brilliant owners.

House was perfect, pool and outdoor areas also perfect. 100m to nearest beach/snorkelling spot, 600m to the town, small supermarkets and main sandy beach, restaurants, boat hire etc. Best thing about the house is the owners. Before and during our stay, they couldn’t do enough to help. Booking restaurants, finding details of boat hire and sorting out extra data for WIFI hungry teenagers. They respond to issues within minutes when you need them but are never around when you don’t.

La maison est très agréable, à quelques minutes à pied du village et de la plage. Elle est très bien équipée, avec canoé et la piscine est super. Parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Le quartier est résidentiel et calme. La région est magnifique et très sauvage.
