Visit the beautiful and city of Amsterdam and relax from its vibrant life in this fully renovated and equipped 2 bedroom house 75 m2 with sunny garden. Ideally located in a quiet urban living area, with fast and direct connections to both Schiphol Airport and the city center. Groceries and restaurants around the corner for your convenience. With south facing sunny garden, which allows for a BBQ (weather permitting). With fully equipped kitchen and bathroom / shower.
Ideal for both singles and couples, max 3 guests, a master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with single bed.
I do expect guests to take care of my cat, who needs to be fed and cuddled a bit :-).

Great place to stay in Amsterdam

A great place to stay in Amsterdam. It is in a quiet neighborhood but near the metro and trams for easy access to all parts of the city. The owner is friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here in the future.

A great place to stay in Amsterdam

Our stay was amazing, and we really had no complaints about Wouter’s house. It was clean, spacious, and had a great location which was very near to the city center, yet was a lot quieter and calmer than some of the busier and louder quarters of the city. Overall, we would love to stay here again if we ever come to Amsterdam because it was an amazing stay.

We had a lovely time staying at this property in Amsterdam and would highly recommend it to others. Communication with the owner was great and the check in process made really easy. We especially appreciated Loki the cat who made us feel at home immediately!

Perfect Space, convenient location.

Wouter’s place is amazing! The space is very clean and comfortable and the backyard is perfect for hanging out and having meals outside if the Amsterdam weather cooperates. If you’re a cat person then you will love staying with Loki who is extremely friendly and loves strangers! Quick and easy to get to the airport on the train and multiple options (metro/tram) to get into the center of the city - although the best option is always to bike :)

Top place in a quiet area of Amsterdam

Really can recommend Wouter and the appartment. It is super clean, based in a super quiet part of Amsterdam. You are in the city center in no time with the tram. Also Loki, the cat, is super friendly even though he sees you the first time. All in all 5/5 for us.

A great “pied a terre” for visiting Amsterdam

A very nice and clean property located literally 5-7 minutes walk from several public transportation stations, giving easy access to central Amsterdam within about 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the house well appointed. The best part is Loki, the feline “master of the house,” who will adopt you as his human staff. Owner was very responsive on VRBO and provided a lot of information prior to our stay. We look forward to another stay next time we’re in Amsterdam! Highly recommend!!

Great little house in the perfect location

We stayed 6 nights. The house was very well kept and clean. The owner was away, but the woman next door was the designated agent, and she was very helpful. Lots of print info provided by the host regarding public transportation (close by), as well as grocery shops, restaurants, etc. Nice private terrace for relaxing with a beer after a day of sightseeing. Loki the cat is sweet, and no trouble at all.

Wonderful place in Amsterdam

The place is very nice and quiet and within walking distance of all public transportation. Wouter, Joke and Loki have been wonderful guests and shared a lot of info to settle in smoothly Absolutely great stay overall
