Our family had a great time here. The property is set in a perfect and quiet location. Travel time to the shops and beaches was less than 10 minutes. Ivan was helpful and accommodating when our flight was late on arrival at 1am.

Clean, Close to Rafa Academy and Beach, Great Pool

Very close drive (12 minutes) to Rafa Tennis Academy, and a mile from the beach. Clean. Private pool well maintained. Property manager responsive once we got there (no communication until a day before traveling). Priced well for the high tourist season. Negatives were that the upstairs toilet did not flush well (owner said that was normal, and we could avoid it by not using toilet paper and using the bidet), there were charges that were not disclosed at booking for towels and government tourist fees, the whole house was not air conditioned as per the property description (only the bedrooms had ductless units) so it got very hot in the house (we were there in July). The dishwasher is not in the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient.

Moin, wir waren knapp eine Woche in der Villa Los Geranios.Was war super? Der private Pool ist ganz klar das Highlight . Die Kinder und ich waren jede freie Minute darin. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und warm. Die Villa ist ordentlich dimensioniert für 6 Leute. Küche und Bäder wirken neuwertig. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren sehr willkommen.Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren in Ordnung. Was könnte man optimieren: ich glaube die Toiletten haben Rohrprobleme. Es müffelt etwas. Wenn man die Türen geschlossen lässt ist es aber i.O. Es fehlt definitiv an Küchenutensilien. Zu wenig Teller, Schüssel, Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfe. Einen Pfannenwender haben wir garnicht gesehen. Ist aber alles kein Beinbruch.Alles in allem eine tolle Woche, wir kommen gerne wieder. Tipp zur Umgebung: Der Strand Cala Romantica ist sehr nah und absolut traumhaft. Allerdings sollte man vor 09:00 da sein, ansonsten wird es proppenvoll.

Belle villa proche de la plage

La villa est propre, bien agencée, la piscine est top. La plage à 3min en voiture ou 15 à pied est superbe et familiale. Il y a juste les ustensiles et appareils de cuisine qui sont peu nombreux et vieux.

Tolle Finca! Auch mit mehreren Personen

Die Finca ist wirklich toll. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Allerdings kam vor Ort noch eine Kurtaxe hinzu dies hätte hier bei Fewo-Direkt stehen können. Würde diese Finca immer wieder nehmen. Tolle Lage und schönes Ambiente.

Im Februar auf Mallorca

Es war fabelhaft. Wir wurden bestens willkommen geheißen, bei jeder Kleinigkeit wurde uns geholfen. Es gab auch ein paar gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Das einzige Manko war, dass wir die ersten im Haus waren und es eisig war und 2 Tage gebraucht hat um richtig warm zu werden. Wir haben uns dann selber Feuerholz gekauft, um alles auf Temperatur zu bekommen und diese auch zu halten. Mit der Klimaanlage kann man zwar die Zimmer heizen aber nicht das Wohnzimmer. Mit Holz wurde alles richtig schnell warm. Im Sommer muss es wunderbar sein, mit dem Pool… Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, damit konnte man sich alles kochen was man wollte. Es könnte noch etwas mehr Besteck und Gläser da sein. Sodass man nicht nach jedem Essen spülen muss. Aber das stört auch nicht weiter. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren in der Nummer 7. Das Haus war sauber und der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist vollständig, nicht nur mit Salz und Pfeffer ausgestattet. Super. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Der Weg zum Strand war etwas mehr als 500 m. Man benötigt ein Auto, u.a. für den Einkauf. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auf Englisch und sehr gut.

Maison très agréable, et le propriétaire sympathique et accueillant ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison était tout à fait conforme à la description, très fonctionnelle, et bien climatisée ! Cette maison se situe dans une partie agréable de Majorque, un peu à l’écart de l’agitation. Très belles plages à proximité !

Lovely Villa near Beaches

I want to thank Ivan and Jesus for being so kind. I recommend this beautiful house they have in such a quiet and beautiful place away from hotels and noise. I and my family know Mallorca, and in this area you will find the best beaches in Mallorca (romantic cove, cala Mandia, cala Angila, cala varques) . Its beautiful pool with its barbecue we have taken advantage of during the night, thanks to the good weather of Mallorca. Inform the groups of cyclists that are seen on the roads, The house is well located to discover Mallorca by bike. Ivan and Jesus will visit some of your houses in the coming dates. Regards, Jorg Gold

Ein wunderbares Haus!

Wir erlebten als Gruppe mit 6 Personen eine wunderbare Woche in einem top ausgestattetem Haus. Es ist sogar an die kleinen Dinge gedacht. Die Lage ist ruhig aber trotzdem Zentral. Ivan/Jesus als Ansprechpartner und "Hauswart" vor Ort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Problemen. Ein wunderbares Haus!

Trés trés bien !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Jesus et d'Ivan. La villa est trés propre, spacieuse et trés confortable. Rien ne manque. Elle est trés bien située pour visiter l'île, proche de la plage, loin des hôtels et de la surpopulation. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil et les délicates attentions à notre égard. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver tellement la qualité des services est rare. Merci encore à Ivan et Jesus. Nous garderons un trés bon souvenir. Je rejoignons donc les excellents commentaires déjà lus pour cette villa.
