The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, within walking distance of all the tourist sites and the central station; but you can enjoy absolute tranquility! For market lovers this is your area: here it is typical to browse the stalls of the central market in search of the best opportunity or the counter where you can taste our delicacies.

Located on the third floor of an ancient building without a lift, you need to climb about 45 steps, but once you arrive you will be happy to have done so.

The apartment is new, furnished and studied with passion in order to combine comfort and taste!
The whole house has all the windows facing internal courtyards and guaranteeing absolute silence and tranquility.
The house is composed of:
- 1 charming double bedroom (mattress 160 cm wide), with a large window from which you can access the wonderful terrace.
- A bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 160 cm)
- 1 private terrace overlooking the gardens of Santa Reparata, with table and chairs where in summer it is pleasant to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or a delicious breakfast!
- 1 bathroom with a large shower: it is ideal for relaxing and regenerating after a rewarding day spent among the beautiful Florentine attractions
- 1 small laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Fully air conditioned, it has free WiFi, equipped with a flat-screen TV, towels and hairdryer.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

Benedetta was a great communicator, the location is close to the train station, good restaurants and the important sites of Florence. The apartment was upgraded, roomy and with a nice deck for sunny days.

Benedetta was great to work with. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, and in a great location close to everything. As others mentioned you have to carry your bags up stairs but we found it to be of no issue and well worth it to stay in this great apartment. Very quiet and plenty of space for 2 people to spread out. Highly recommend!

L'appartement est hyper propre (rénovation très récente), il est très bien situé à 5 mn à pied du Duomo. Malgré sa localisation c'est très calme : pas un bruit la nuit. La literie est top. Il y avait les produits de première nécessité, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas en location. Rien à redire sur l'accueil : notre hôte est très sympa ! En résumé : tout était nickel !

The apt is as represented. Nice, fresh and clean inside and semi-private terrace outside. Benedetta was waiting for us when we arrived (we walked with our roller bags from the train station) and gave us an orientation to the property. We were grateful for the available coffee! The WIFI was good and there were several tourist publications and a map for our use. We walked to the Duomo, museums, Pitti Palace and the Mercato Centrale (very close). Some of our favorite meals of the trip were at San Gallo Trattoria/Pizzeria and Bottega Conviviale. Benedetta was responsive when I contacted her about the noise the clothes dryer made. Be ready for the stairs to the 3rd floor! We found the bed to be very firm/hard.... no cushion or soft layer at all.
