Accommodation…- Family bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath - Twin bedded room - Bedroom with 3ft bunk beds and an additional single bed- Fully fitted kitchen/dining room - Utility room with laundry facilities and storage space for beach gear- Double bedroom with an en-suite shower room W.C and hand basin- Spacious sitting room with comfortable lounge seating- Magnificent views from picture windows that look over the garden and far out to sea- Master bedroom with a double bed, hand basin and patio doors opening to a railed balcony Outside…- Mature sheltered garden on the landward side- Rear garden on the seaward side with a large level lawn bounded by Cornish hedge and a barbecue area Parking…- Ample on-site parking for three cars Local Area…- Fifteen minute walk down the hill to the historic harbour and also the quiet cove at Port Gaverne- Wadebridge is about 9 miles- Port Isaac and Port Gaverne have small stoney beaches with sand at low tide- Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock sandy beaches are all approximately a 15 minute drive- Set at the top of the fishing village of Port Isaac Additional…- Towels are not available however an optional extra at £13 per person to include Bath sheet and hand towel is available. My family and really enjoyed this holiday, great location and after a busy day it was lovely to come back to a beautiful house. We will most certainly be booking this again.
