Cool and welcoming two-room apartment close to the sea (300 m) first row, for 4 people, in the well-known Residence Calarossa, north of Sardinia, a beautiful natural amphitheater. Equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday in the sign of nature and tranquility, double bedroom, living room with 2 beds, flat screen television with satellite channels, kitchen equipped with fridge and dishwasher. The house is located on the upper floor of one of the characteristic two-storey buildings of the village, in Mediterranean style offers a beautiful panoramic and equipped terrace, on which to dine, sunbathe or from which you can admire the wonderful sunsets of Calarossa.
Ceiling blades installed in the rooms. Walking along the fragrant pine forest, my guests can easily reach the sea in 5 minutes. The beach, equipped with a lifeguard, has both a private area, with umbrellas and deck chairs (for a fee), and a free zone.

During the summer season, an outdoor bar also offers a restaurant service for the guests of the residence.

Inside the village you will find free parking and paid facilities such as soccer field and tennis court. The village is guarded by a surveillance team.
Calarossa's strength lies in its disarming beauty. This place will make you feel at one with nature, away from the chaos of everyday life. The crystal clear water, the refreshing walks towards the sea, the sunsets and the silences of its nights are priceless. Calarossa is extremely recommended for those who love nature in its purest state. At the same time, it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the nearest center of Isola Rossa.
In the village there is a reception that will satisfy every request.

       PLEASE NOTE
from the 2018 season the new shortcut road was inaugurated, which crosses the marvelous La Marinedda bay and connects the village to the nearby "Isola Rossa", a place full of bars, restaurants, markets and all kinds of shops.

Even on foot you can reach the famous beach of the marinedda typical for its white sand and crystal clear water.

Tolle Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer, ideal für ein Paar. Im Wohnzimmer wären theoretisch noch 2 Schlafsofas vorhanden, aber mit 4 Personen belegt, wäre das Häuschen doch sehr eng. Duscheingang erfolgt über das Bidet, was einige Kletterkünste erfordert. Ablagen in der Dusche schlecht befestigt und zum Teil defekt. Brauseschlauch rinnt hinten und vorne heraus und müsste dringend ersetzt werden. In der Küche hat es ca. 50 Teller, jedoch nur 3 mittlere und 2 grössere Tassen. Beim Gasherd war von den 4 vorhandenen Kochgelegenheiten jeweils nur 1 zu gebrauchen. TV funktionierte bei der Sendersuche nicht und war somit nicht benutzbar. Die Besitzer müssten dringend selber ab und zu zum Rechten sehen, da der Verwalter lediglich die Schlüsselübergabe vornimmt und keine dringenden Reparaturen vornimmt.

Gentile Doris, grazie per la recensione e grazie per averci avvisato delle piccole cose da sistemare, provvederemo senz'altro. Mi dispiace che tu mi abbia messo al corrente quando più volte ti ho contattato per sapere se tutto andasse bene, avrei provveduto immediatamente. Per quanto riguarda la grandezza della doccia non abbiamo mai prima d'ora riscontrato nessuna difficolta' e dalle foto che ho messo si puo' vedere una doccia di dimensioni normali. Mi dispiace davvero che per voi ci siano stati questi inconvenienti ma spero che però abbiate goduto delle altre bellissime cose che la casa offre. La vicinanza dalla spiaggia a piedi 300metri, la vista stupenda e la magnifica terrazza di 30mq che è il punto di forza in quanto da'sfogo alla casa che seppur piccola può ospitare tranquillamente 4 persone, del resto in estate si vive di' più negli spazi aperti. Vi ringrazio in ogni caso per averci scelto e vi porgo distinti saluti. Angela Pisano.
