Vintage Mediterraneo is a two-storey, two-storey villa that is part of a residential complex built in the seventies near the beach of Altavilla Milicia.
It is the typical building of that period with its exterior and interior white walls and a multitude of colors offered by ceramic tiles of the age and typical wood-colored shutters, as well as the blooms of countless plants in the villa and all over the Complex to the sea, close to which you can enjoy the freshness of a small pine forest.
It is a comfortable house suitable for families or groups wishing to spend a holiday in the vicinity of the beautiful city of Palermo and enjoy the beautiful sea of ​​the Sicilian coast overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea without having to use the car to reach the white beach and the Crystal clear sea but just walk a few steps.
The villa has a wonderful terrace with breathtaking sea views, it has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to seven people.
The location is ideal from a tourist point of view, being about half an hour from the city of Palermo and just like Cefalù. It is located about a kilometer from the motorway entrance that leads in both directions.
It is therefore easy to reach any other Sicilian destination such as Taormina or S. Vito the Cape, Enna or Scopello, the Etna volcano or the Terrasini jewel with its beaches.
